Is all vintage Fiesta ware marked on the back? I have a bunch of items from a friend. About half are marked on the backs but the other pieces (although they look EXACTLY like the marked pieces) are not marked. Is it safe to assume that the unmarked pieces are NOT "genuine" Fiesta Ware? Thanks for any insights/info.

here is a site that may help understand some of the COPIES and those that are ORIGINAL.

Here's an ebay Guide with some things to look out for listed:

Thanks all...terrific info. As I thought, the unmarked pieces are just pretty...but NOT Fiesta...

WOW to read that seller's opinion, you would think all sellers are crooks.
Not to give hope where there may not be any, but isn't the mark very very faint on some old pieces as well. I'm not a collector but it seems that I've seen some old Fiesta where the mark was so faint you could hardly see it.
