Someone hacked into my Paypal account and downloaded $1,700 from my bank. I am a verified premiere acct. with 116 successful transactions. My ebay rating is 643 positive and NO negatives. Paypal allowed someone to steal MY ENTIRE ACCOUNT and they are not able to offer any information on the investigation. Saying it will take 30-40 days. Meanwhile, what the HECK am I supposed to do for funds. What a nightmare! If you think Paypal is totally safe, then you are naive. They give you the run-around and no information. Totally cold. Sellers beware!

Please read my posts here and on Otwa.com. The same thing happened to me and dealing with Paypal has become a complete nightmare. In my entire lifetime I have never seen a company that has such poor customer service and poor resolution tactics.
