The finish  only softens the natural veining of the wood and helps blend the color tone ..... Full Overlay Raised Panel doors with a traditional "square" frame design gives clean, straight shadow lines. Not too busy.... the applied molding on the doors drawer heads gives just enough character to give some depth and dimension.  Materials and Construction • Traditional face frame construction using select Birch. • Face frames are solid 3/4” thick with 1-1/2” stiles and rails. Joints are mortise and tenon. • Sides are Birch veneered 1/2” plywood. The interior features a clear-coat finish and the exterior is finished to match door selection. • Shelves are 5/8” thick Birch veneered plywood sealed with a clear-coat, adjustable and front edge banded. • Backs are 1/8” thick, dadoed into the cabinet sides. For ease of installation, backs are framed with a 1/2” plywood hanging rail. Base cabinet backs extend to the floor providing optimal structural stability. Drawers • Made of 5/8” thick solid hard wood, dovetailed in each corner and clear-coated. • Bottoms are 1/4” birch plywood fully captured. • Slides are under mounted full-extension soft close. • Drawer fronts are full overlay 5 piece construction. Doors • Mortise and Tennon • Doors are full overlay with applied molding. Stiles and rails are 2” wide. The raised center panel is solid wood. This semi-automated system will get your "to the penny" quote back to you in a hurry. These cabinets are delivered unassembled. Each Cabinet "box" is delivered in a heavy cardboard "flat pack" with all the parts you need to assemble a complete cabinet.  The cabinet door(s) are pre hung on the face frame and the  box panels are robotically pre cut for a perfect fit every time. Pin gun and glue are suggested for assembly as these cabinets do not come with the pre set assembly brackets. Your item should be shipped within 48 to 72 hours of receiving your confirmed order. Sorry, customer pickups are not allowed.
