I print my shipping labels online and ship normally within 48 hrs. We have postal pickup 6 days a week from our office. Therefore delivery confirmation is scanned only upon pickup.
International orders have a 6.00usd shipping and handling charge unless otherwise stated, that covers customs paperwork and tracking
We gladly accept returns under the following conditions:
1) Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt, calculated by delivery conformation date, in its original condition with the original packaging, tags and/or labels. Please contact us via Ebay email for an RA number. All Returns must have a RA "return authorization" number.
2) We charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging, tags and/or labels
3) After we receive your item, you will receive a full refund less shipping. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product will not be refunded.
4) If you receive your item damaged we must be notified within [1] day of delivery conformation. Buyer is required to photograph damage and email photos to the seller.
