These are not "perfect" and one side may be slightly longer than the other.

There is a 3" x 3" sticky note pad included with the holder. It has been attached but may come off during shipping. Should easily adhere to bottom of holder. These are refillable so once you use the current pad of sticky notes you can buy more 3" x 3" to refill it.
