Vintage Sun Valley Ski Poster
1960's Bald Mountain Powder!
Sun Valley opened for the 1936-1937 ski season as the West's first destination ski resort. The brain child of Union Pacific Chairman Averill Harriman, Sun Valley immediately attracted the rich and famous. While Dollar Mountain catered to early skiers, modern powder hounds test their skills on the imposing slopes of Bald Mountain. This vintage poster depicts a skier floating through 1960's powder.
This is a 38+ year old vintage original, NOT a modern reproduction. Authenticity is guaranteed. It is printed on high-quality, heavy poster paper. The colors are clear and bright, and the image quality is superb.
I am listing a nice collection of vintage original ski posters. Resorts include Aspen, Vail, Breckenridge, Broadmoor, Alta, Mammoth Mountain, Sun Valley, and Taos Ski Valley.
