This gorgeous palm has a solitary, slender, smooth trunk to 30 feet tall. Typical circular Cocothrinax large fan-shaped leaves are dark green above and have very attractive silvery tinged undersides. The circular leaves are awesome when they flutter in a light breeze.  A well manicured Silver Thatch Palm's slender fibrous trunks can be quite attractive.                Silver Thatch Palm adapts readily to cultivation in warm temperate and tropical areas and can take some coastal exposure.   Silver Thatch Palm grows taller and faster than most other similar Coccothrinax species, such as Coccothrinax barbadensis. Young plants make excellent container plants. Culture:                A medium sized, solitary fan palm, Silver Thatch Palm is found in it's natural habitat on pine woodlands with rocky, calcareous soils. Sunny, moist, but well drained position is preferred. Hardiness: USDA Zone 10a: to -1.1 °C (30 °F) Sun Exposure: Full Sun Height: 30-40 ft. (9-12 m)

Includes postage, USDA certification and inspection, proper packing and delivery to Airport for prompt delivery. I can’t really change any of these. If you want one of this and one of that, it gets hard to discount much as each different species requires it's own prep & packing, then at USDA each has to be unwrapped and inspected then repacked. USDA requires me to clean and prepare every last piece before we drive them to the Inspection Station on the other side of the island. It takes my wife and I, a day to pack items and get ready to ship. The whole next day we drive around the island and get inspected (2-3 hours), then drive to the Airport Post Office to drop off. It takes the same work with the same type item if you can understand.
