ROYAL KENT BONE CHINA Oval Dish w/ Gold Trim
Description: You are bidding on a modern bone china oval dish, produced by the Royal Kent Co. of Staffordshire, England, likely produced within the past 30 years. The dish is shallow and might be used for biscuits, small bonbons, etc.
The shallow dish features an oval shape with crimped edges set atop a footed base. The interior of the serving dish features a border pattern of (4) flowering plant sprays of (3) different flower species. This includes: a red, 5-star shaped flower spray, which is repeated twice; a pale blue 5-petal spray; and then a red 5 petal spray, each with green foliage.
Cannot find the name of this pattern, however on www.replacements.com there are other pieces by this manufacturer, and they refer to it as pattern: ROK 18.
The oval base of the china dish is stamped with the Black + Dark Rose Backstamp of the Royal Kent Co, the text is arranged to read from top to bottom:

Condition: Used, very nice condition. The gold trim around the edges is complete. The floral designs are bright. There are faint wear marks inside the china dish. On the underside, there is a stray gold highlight spot. The black and dk. rose is bright. There are no chips or visible repairs to this elegant decorative china dish.
