A young man visits an isolated mansion in the country to reunite with Yuko, the love of his life. But her mother tells him that she’s recently died in a car crash. As he pays his respects at her grave near the house, he’s attacked by a shrouded figure. Next day his sister Keiko and her boyfriend come to the mansion looking for her brother. Here they are given an icy welcome by Yuko’s mother.

But they discover his bloodstained cuff-link in the family cemetery and decide to investigate further. Despite coming up against supernatural horrors, Keiko refuses to give up on her brother. But after visiting a nearby town it soon dawns on Keiko that her life, maybe even her soul, is in mortal danger from the deadly secret of the Vampire Doll.
