Dr. Schulze's Intestinal Formula #1
This great product is simple to use and packs great results! Start with one capsule at dinner and add another until the desired results are obtained. See directions below.
Dosage for Patient Type A: The sluggish bowel type. This is about 98% of Americans, the ones who need help getting their bowel working more frequently. Start with only 1 capsule of this formula during or just after dinner. This formula works best when taken with food. The next morning you should notice an increase in your bowel action and in the amount of fecal matter that you eliminate. The consistency should also be softer. If you do not notice any difference in your bowel behavior by the next day, or if the difference was not dramatic, then that evening increase your dosage to 2 capsules. You can continue to increase your dosage every evening by one capsule until you notice a dramatic difference in the way your bowel works. There is no limit. Most people need only 2-3 capsules, but a few have needed over 30 capsules. It has taken most of us years to create a sluggish bowel, so let's be patient for a few days and increase by only 1 capsule each day. This formula can be taken for a week, a month or the rest of your life. Continue to use this formula until you are having one bowel movement each day for every meal you eat. Between 2 and 4 bowel movements a day is normal.
Dosage for Patient Type B: The active, overactive or irritated bowel type. This only applied to about 2% of my patients. These are the exceptions to the rule, those with bowels that move too often, (more than 4 times a day.) This includes those with Colitis, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Crohn's Disease, etc. If your bowels are irritated, inflamed, hot or working too frequently, skip Intestinal Formula #1 and go directly to Intestinal Formula #2.

This formula is a powerful DEEP bowel cleanser. Assuming that you are already using Intestinal Formula #1 and you are having regular bowel movements, it is now time to "dig in," and get out the accumulation of old debris that you have been collecting and storing for years. This formula is a strong purifier and intestinal vacuum. This formula draws old, hardened fecal matter off the walls of your colon and out of any diverticula. These are the herniated sacs protruding through the wall of your colon, filled with old, putrid fecal matter that the medical books say we all have, or will have, if we live long enough. To be healthy, you must clean your colon of this toxic poison.
This formula is also a strong anti-inflammatory and soothing agent for the mucous membrane lining of the entire intestinal tract, but especially in the colon. This makes it an important formula for anyone who has irritable bowel, spastic colon, colitis, Chrohn's Disease, Diverticulitis, or any illness that causes hot, burning, irritated or bleeding bowels and diarrhea. This is also an excellent remedy for food poisoning because it will absorb the harmful bacteria. Therefore, I always have it with me when I travel. And speaking of traveling, this formula is also an effective remover of intestinal parasites.
Dosage
Before beginning Intestinal Formula #2, your bowels should be moving at least 3 times a day, or at least once for each meal you eat. Continue using Intestinal Formula #1 until this is achieved.
Take Intestinal Formula #2 five times a day. Mix one heaping teaspoon of the powder with 8 ounces of juice or distilled water in a jar with a lid. Shake it vigorously and drink it immediately. Take 1 hour after your morning nutritional drink, do the same 1/2 hour before lunch, between lunch and dinner, 1/2 hour before dinner and 1 hour before bed, so that you are consuming a total of 5 heaping teaspoons each day. Or, take it anytime during the day, just be sure to allow about 30 minutes before or after meals, juices or taking your tinctures. Use the entire 8 ounce jar in one week.
