1.  To avoid the risk of  shipping damage,( from Vietnam to buyer)

 buyer please insure the package ( $10.00 for each one),after insured the item.The damage should be our responsbility .

 2. when the customer had received the item, Please examined them, if  you found some problems,please send them back to us within 10 days, we will agree that you may exchange items or full refund,We will pay two ways shipping cost.

3. Within 6 months time,if there were some problems happened on the guitar wood or neck, we will agree that you may exchange guitar but no refund,and

Buyer pays the shipping cost of return and we pay the cost of reshipping.

4.if the problem of the guitar was caused by the customer, we may help  to repair the guitar, but customer should pay for two ways shipping cost and repaired charge.
