Terms and Conditions
Shipping - Australia only
Your item will be shipped within 2 business days after your payment has cleared. We ship via Australia Post from Melbourne in Victoria. We can send via Express Post, registered post or standard post which can take between 2-7 business days depending on your location within Australia. Registered post is highly recommended for an additional small fee. You can calculate the postage fee using the shipping calculator located within each item listed.
We offer a combined shipping discount for most multiple purchases made within a 3 day period. When making multiple purchases please wait until all items are chosen before requesting an invoice to include the discount. For a shipping discount items must be paid for in one transaction and shipped together.
Pickup is available by appointment. If required please contact us to discuss the options.
Insurance is not included in the postage fee, therefore we will not cover lost or damaged items. Registered post is recommended for this reason. For a standard registered delivery you receive compensation for the loss or damage of any parcels valued up to $100.
Please ensure your ebay address is correct as we will not be held responsible if your purchase is shipped to the incorrect address due to outdated details on ebay. If the purchase needs to be shipped to a recipient of the gift please provide us with the address details straight after purchasing the items.
Payment
Payment is due within 7 days of purchasing your item unless you contact us and we agree on another arrangement. If we are not contacted within the 7 day period the item may be re-listed so it's best to contact us asap so you don't miss out as stock is limited.
We accept payment via Paypal, Bank Transfer, Money Order or Bank Cheque. Once the payment has been cleared your purchase will be sent within a 48 hour period (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please note that Paypal accounts linked to credit cards clear immediately whereas those linked to personal savings accounts can take around 5 days to clear. If fast delivery is desired link Paypal to your credit card and specify an Express Post Delivery in the shipping calculator.
If you pay through bank deposit, please list your user name or item number as the reference. This will enable us to track your payment quickly and send you your purchase ASAP.
Return and Exchange Policy
Returns:
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 14 days after delivery. Return postage must be paid by the customer. The item must be returned in resalable condition. This means it should not be worn, washed or used. The item must be in the same condition as when we sent it ie. with original hang tags (where applicable), in its original packaging with all parts and accessories all in original boxes (where applicable). We can offer you a credit voucher, but no refunds will be given. Please contact us before returning any item so you can obtain an authorization to do so. A credit voucher reference will be provided once your parcel has been received and checked to ensure it meets the requirements.
Return Exceptions:
No return is allowed for underwear, swimwear or similar products due to hygiene concerns. No return is offered for items returned in worn, washed or used condition.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive an item which is faulty, you can either receive a replacement or exchange for another item. No refund will be given. Please notify us as soon as possible to make suitable arrangements. To qualify for these conditions contact will need to be made within 14 days after delivery. Shipping charges must be paid by the customer. After 14 days exchanges or replacements are not provided.
