The freight delivery company will contact you prior to delivery.
Large shipments will be palletized, liftgated off a truck and brought to your garage via pallet truck. Include any special instructions for the delivery or contact us if any of the conditions below will apply to your situation
- Your driveway is a steep slope
- Your residence is in an apartment complex or is not on the 1st floor.
- You will not be home to accept the shipment
- You live in a gated community or your front door is not accessible
- A large truck will have difficulty accessing your home (ex., roads are very narrow or you live in a alley)

Typical delivery time for in stock items is 2 to 7 business days from the day you place your
order.
Your package will ship via USPS (priority mail), FedEx (ground), or LTL freight
(economy) with liftgate. We will
send you your tracking number within 24 hours upon shipment. Please allow 2 business days from the time of purchase for us to ship your item.
Local pickup is free. Our warehouse
is located in Los Angeles County.
* Purchases in New Jersey and California will include an additional State Sales Tax.
What if the product is already damaged during shipment?
Please inspect all shipments prior to signing delivery receipts.
If there is evident damage to your set, please refuse the order and note the damage on
the delivery receipt. Write "refused due to damage".
Save all original packaging material!
If the shipment is accepted and
damage is not noted on the delivery receipt, a refund or replacement of your purchased
may either be delayed or refused. Luxury Modern Home reserves the right to send
a replacement in lieu of a refund.
A refund may still be requested, but the
10% restocking fee will apply.
All shipping or manufacturer damage claims must be filed with photos of the damage to our customer service department within 3 DAYS of the receipt of your order.
What is your return/cancellation policy?
All cancellations, exchanges, and returns other than damages due
to shipping or warranty claims will incur a 10% restocking fee. Furthermore, all postage
and shipping for returns other than those due to shipping damages, will be paid by the
customer and is a cost incurred by the customer in addition to the 10% restocking fee.
All Claims or returns requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your item. All
returns must be made to Luxury Modern Home within 15 days of receiving your item
Where do you ship to?
Only to North America. This includes the United States and it's territories, Canada, and Mexico.
If shipping to outside the contiguous United States (48 States), please contact us for a shipping quote.
We have the right to refuse shipment to any location outside the contiguous United States (48 States).
Can I come and pick up the item(s) from you?
Yes we are open for pickup 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Our
warehouse is located in Los Angeles county.
Do you ship to PO Boxes, AFO, FPO and non-street addresses?
No. We only ship to street addresses.
