Hello,

We are aware of the current intermittent site slowness. Some customers' images are also taking much longer than normal to load in their listings. Our engineers are currently investigating the problem. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. We hope to have the problem resolved shortly. Thank you for your patience.

Regards,
Nathan

This really is too bad, tonight is the result of the 20 cent listing day, no last minute bids. What are we paying for?

Thanks Nathan, call it slowness but the images do not come up. It has timed out 100% of the many times I looked - they are DOWN.

Diana,
You just recently requested our feedback on how we feel about Vendio. Do you still want us to tell you what we feel?

Please roll back, even if it costs a week's worth of work, Implementing changes at the end of a reduced fee pricing day is insane.

Pathetic , and the word intermittent does not fit --TOTAL is the word

Disaster is the operative word here. I think Vendio had better figure out a way to load at least one image to the ebay picture host so that the image in the upper left corner of the listing and another at the bottom will be present in case Vendio fails! We are entitled to a free image from Ebay and it sure would be nice if we had that tonight!

We never had problems before you acquired Andale! (and Andale always had outages)..what's up with this?

Images show when viewing eBay store but not showing in the individual listing itself. What's up with that?

Hello Pixie, Neglus et al!

Deja Vu all over again!

Does anyone remember the 2 days or more in August, when there were no pictures and nothing worked?

In any case, Vendio has changed very little. They still take us for fools! When it is clear that no one has a single image - why write about "intermittent slowness"?

It is back to the same lying as before.

Where are the engineers? Why odes it take so many hours to fix a problem?

It all boils down to the fact that Vendio has no incentive to do better. Unlike us, they do not lose any money fro an outage, and therefore do not give a hoot.

We lost 80% of sales today. The same goes for the days in August. All we get at the time was a tepid & qualified "We are sorry".

It is a shame to see what is going on.

All I use Vendio for is hosting pictures and scheduling auctions. I use no Vendio post sale things.

My Vendio Plan I pay $250 a year + .06 a listing, and picture water marking. I pay about $1,500 a year.

I need something that works. Is there anything else out there?

I have several Best Offers on eBay lots. I depend upon the images to identify the lots. Have not been able to respond to the Best Offers for WAY too long now. I assume we'll be seeing a rebate on Vendio charges in the coming billing period?

No Pictures, No Templates EQUALS NO SALiES!!!!! Please get this fixed now and quit giving us excuses about slow loading times, it's not slow loading, they are just GONE. We can't sell if we don't have pictures, so all of are listings from 20 cent day just blew out the window. Please just get this fixed ASAP, this is pathetic.

It is really hard to calculate how much this cost me in sales.

So many people have been hurt by this glitch, I hope Vendio has noticed. Who will lose their job? I hope it is a vice president or higher. Vendio used to be one of the most reliable image hosting services, No longer. We have had more than normal outtages in the last year and this one takes the cake.

I had 175 listings end tonight without any potential bidders being able to see the images in the last 1-4 hours of the auction.

I guess I can only echo what eveyone else here is saying. Poor job Vendio!

Your explanation about intermittent slowness is Crap. There is no issue with slow loading photos, there are no photos whatsoever. Totally Blank Space.

The problem has been going on for 6 hours now.

I bet that if instead of a blank space there were an image with text which read "I HOST WITH VENDIO AND MY PHOTO IS NOT AVAILABLE DUE TO INTERMITTANT SLOWNESS" the problem would have been fixed in 15 minutes.

I also had more listing to do but can not access my photos. Time to go to sleep and hope Vendio is finially working when I wake up.

Vendio doesn't give a crap. They haven't in the past, and they won't in the future either.

These glitches take place everytime Vendio changes something, or when eBay has a big sale. Vendio is never prepared for it, and does nothing to prepare for it in the future either.

We should not have to contact customer service to get a refund, it should be automatic. You already wasted our time, lost sales, fees, and money, do what is right and given automatic refunds to everyone who listed, period.

They will balk, divert, and ignore anything that has to do with paying us back for their outage.

This has all happened before, this will all happen again...

This is awful. I had so many auctions end tonight and so many questions inquiring about where my pictures were. I know it had a great effect on my sales. I am very disappointed...

This is a part of Vendio's hosting advertisement. If this is not a false advertising I'm not sure what is.

Capture more bids with Vendio's easy, integrated, image hosting.

* Three dedicated hosting servers ensure reliability – Each image you upload gets stored and replicated on at least three servers so your images will be available whenever a buyer looks at your item. Vendio also creates three image sizes (full size, mid-size, and thumbnail) for your use in all situations!
* Simplified image uploading and management – With multiple bulk uploading methods and smart image management, Vendio simplifies your ability to include images in your listings and manage your stored images.
