What time is it there? It's 1am here, and my eyes are crossing. I did the books at a Labor Day auction tonight, so I had to be on red alert for hours and am shot. I hate to run, just when you got here...hope you'll be back more often...if I'm here to see you, that is...

It's not a trait really, as I kind of like all the differing views.

But I do dislike when conversations degenerate into personal attacks. I'm sure most of us (including me) have been guilty of taking a swipe at one another, but when it goes on and on, it's boring.

Nah. It's invigorating. Gets your heart pumping. Grows hair on your chest.

I dislike people who never chat here, show up for a split second when I am having a conversation with someone, make hateful accusations, then vanish again. It is especially annoying if they have their own password protected board where they are free to criticize me secretly without having to annoy me at all. (Referring to no one in particular...it's just a generalization.)

Secondly, I dislike people who form an opinion about one based solely on the color/brand/glossiness of one's toenail polish and then feel that they must voice it in every thread. (Referring to no one in particular...it's just a generalization.)

My self, I could deal with this board even if it wasn't "moderated". There are ways (on an unmoderated board) to put an obnoxious person in their place, without quite stooping to their level.

I guess if I had to pick one trait that I don't like in a poster, it's when they become obnoxious.

Since this is a "moderated" (sometimes) board, it isn't really that hard to stay at least a couple of microns inside of the rules most of the times.

A trait I don't like in people in general...

Meanness.

One can be blunt without being mean.

There would be diminishment without moderators. I've been online too long to believe different. In a perfect world they wouldn't be required, in real life they usually aren't required, but the anonymity the internet provides can bring out some bad traits.

I just need moderators to agree with me 100% of the time. Is that asking too much?

Quite true. I've seen plenty of "flame wars" in my time. The truley obnoxious make themselves known very quickly on an unmoderated board, and after a while, they either give up, or are ignored.

Trolls
grrrr...
I'm not sure why they bug me so much but the Trolls around here are worse than sitting in fiberglass.
As far as a personality that I admire...
I try to conceal it, but I have a major crush on Spaz.
*whew*
Much better to have that out in the open.
