I am not really into battles over current events though I do enjoy reading the speculation and debates. It's just that, speculation.
The thing is CHRIST WILL RETURN and God only knows when.
Now, I REALLY am STINKY and GROSS so carry on without me.

This article somehow echoes the plight of the eight westerners currently held captive by the Taliban. Do you know what Martin and Gracia Burnham of Wichita, Kansas were doing in the Philippines?
The Muslims were there a long time before the Christians, btw, and there's been fighting ever since the one got the upper hand over the other -- which is not to say that I think the kidnapping/false arrest of westerners or non-Muslims is justified...

Yeah, well, that must be the part that sounded similar to the group now in Taliban captivity. I think you're right to be concerned for this couple's welfare, and I will not spout off now as to why Christian Missionaries traipse into harm's way in the first place. They knew the risks when they undertook their missions, imo...

The US ordered 300 million small pox vaccines and the CDC has issued a warning (no link yet) for doctors to watch for small pox.
Combine that with unexplained skin anthrax infections and national ID cards and PapPal and I smell a cashless society brewing.
