Spaz, it is your choice...you can jump or be shot...give 'em a credit card # if you really want to stay on an unmoderated board with krs and hjw.

even if you don't want to give a credit card number you can give your paypal debit card number and at the least make it usefull for something...

on an unmoderated board with krs and hjw.

LOL, don't we have that already? (although krs did receive a warning in recent weeks, historians take note)

But seriously, zilvy. Strong opinions and personalities are part of the game. It's always been that way, and I wouldn't have it any other. If krs, hjw, REAMOND, and others weren't here, the boredom would be mind-numbing.

Well you certainly don't have to worry about my ability to self moderate. I self moderate every day and my husband is still alive.

I'm very sorry to hear that, spaz. I really wasn't sure whether you were still debating or not. I hardly need to say in what high regard that I hold your posts, whether or not I agree with your viewpoint, though I often do. But also how much I enjoy your wit and wide range of knowledge. And of course your appreciation for and mastery of the language.

Spaz, I know you and I haven't always seen eye to eye, but I really hope you'll stay. I don't think this board would be as much fun without your input.

"I self moderate every day and my husband is still alive."

You've said that before Helen but nobody's ever seen or heard from the guy. Do you have witnesses or some kind of proof he's still alive?

Thanks, Dan. I still can't bring myself to say yes or no 100%. I guess I'll only know for sure once I'm banned with all the other good people who've been posting here for a long time.

pondering the word fluffer as to the description so courteously supplied by spaz, I think I like that name for our dear femme (bolding mine).

Oh HJW...Helen, don't be so redundant!
The only poster I know that consistantly uses her initials (all 3) and her name...I guess you are avoiding an identity crisis~

Personally I prefer having my name tatooed in reverse on my forehead,(it's really just a transfer & washes off) then when I check in the mirror I know who I am and it isn't the ever charming Zilvy either. Thank goodness my husband is a happy man.

Spaz,

I'm going to take a wait and see attitude.

I just don't understand the CC thing.

And, I have no desire to be involved with eBay, should that be the future.

Seriously, I hope that you will reconsider and stay.

Even though you have a superior ability to parse my sentences with a disagreeable spin sometimes, I always enjoy reading your very intelligent comments.

Femme, are you leaving?

I hope not.

Spaz, I'll miss your posts (Maybe not some of the puns). The Bush: Jews out of Egypt was truly funny. And you and James have the best user names, imho.

Hi Snowy,

I feel like I haven't talked to you in ages.

I truly do not know what I will do.

Heck, I could tune in on Thursday and be unable to resist posting a couple of smileys if you guys tickle my funny bone.

I can resist some things, but not wit.

I don't know if Spaz caught it, but I mentioned at one time that the Spazmodeus ID was the best of all the chatboards I visit.

You're right...Jamesoblivan was pretty darn creative, too.

I did take note of your email.

I can't wait till the stroke of midnight Oct 31/Nov 1 so I can come in here unmoderated and tell Hep what I REALLY think.

ROTF! Why wait, rocker? Knock yerself out. Im ready anytime you are. But if you insist on waiting until the 1st, you will be talking to yourself, since I wont be able to post seeing as how I wont put my CC up. Unless thats the plan? To say what you think, knowing I cant respond here? Hmm. Interesting concept. I thought you were braver than that. Was i wrong?

Femme, I thought you had me on ignore? This insult courtesy "our dear" hepburn in a thread entitled, "Can Self Moderation Work?"

Ironic, isn't it?

Yes, it is, isnt it? You are the one that brought me into this, not I. Go back and read. If you dont want my responses, keep ignoring me.

Huh???

This is your post on pg. 4, hepburn.

I make a point to ignore you. I wish you would do the same for me.

I've only ever put one person on ignore, and that was not you.

Hepburn, you are doing exactly what you say you don't like...someone coming into a sinking thread, bringing it back up, and perpetuating the negativity.

I did review a lot of early threads today. My initial reference to the term I used was in Bearmom's thread "Suggested List of New Topics to Discuss."

I did no different than anyone else in that thread, which was, give my opinion. My remarks would have died with that thread had you not perpetuated the term on this and every other board you were/are on.

Now, you can go on with this or you can let it go and move on. The choice is yours.

I'll not reply to you again. I will not risk a suspension before Wednesday night.

Good night.
