Here is an interesting article about how girls bully without physical violence. I have to ask - If these girls had friends or any good relationship at home away from their peers at school would they be so DESPERATE for the approval they don't get at school?

What should be done about the women who really don't know WHO the X is though they are married and have several children trying to pin it on the guy they married to? So he is supposed to pay for them whoring around, seems to be alot of that going on.I know of five different men dealing with that right now.One of them couldn't have fathered a mouse.Yet they are saddled with child support for kids that belong to somebody else for the rest of their life.I wonder what would happen if both parents had to share the responsibility. There are some cases where the deadbeat dad got shafted.

"One of them couldn't have fathered a mouse."

Can he say "DNA testing"?

I'd venture to say that there are more women raising children without child support than there are women trying to force men who are not the fathers to pay. (Five!! You know five men who are paying support for children that are not their offspring? That's a tactic I never though of, getting child support from the men I dated!!)

My x was behind a little over 100,000 behind, his court order was for 36,800 per year. He did well for 5 years and then just quit paying. The best thing I did was ask an attorney friend what to do,instead of all the B.S. he told me the fastest wa to collect-GO ON WELFARE! They do much of nothing so you go to the supervisor at the welfare child support office and show her all your info and tell them you will sue for-Child endangerment,Child abuse, child neglect, physical and mental neglect of a person in charge of minors-It is a law that the support enforcement agencys run by the state and federal goverment must do all they can to collect your child support in a timely manner and assure the welfare of the children involved-go to the library look it up under child support and your state copy it and show it to them, took 3 weeks and I have been getting all my support for over a year now,god bless and good luck.

First, I know this to well, the facts
CALL EPA they have a list of contractors at WTC and they HAVE to report income, he is making at least 20.00 hour for no skills as hazard pay, plus about 75.00 day in per diem, and a whole lot of overtime. GET THE MONEY NOW he won’t work for awhile after this, Call the case worker and give her the information and nicely say can you please check this out TODAY and call me back, no emotion they hate that. When you don’t get a call back go to the office with your kids and wait to see someone, the crankier the kids the faster you will be seen. If all else fails I am not below stooping to having a friend call the parents pretend to be the school or doctor and say you have to reach so and so today can you please tell me how to do that, when they ask for information say sorry it is a personal matter. Give the number to case workers supervisor. Call his boss, It may feel like you aren’t getting anywhere or tired taking care of kids etc,, but it will be worth it. Hope this helps, also contact NY state employment, probably faster online and no phone bill see what there rules are in my state we have to tell unemployment within 24 hours of a new hire.

My ex owes or owed? me $115,800. That was low for his income at the time, for 2 kids, for 16 years

Never saw a dime, never will.

Right before he left the state, I did take him to court, he tried to argue with the judge that I owed him money LOL, he said that I stayed home for almost 2 years, and he had to support me... didn't wash, and he was shut up real quick.

He quit his job, and does not have a 'real' job, he is still working under the table, last I heard... had more kids, and presently married and has new one..

His other kids mother(s) that I know of, one went on welfare, and the state of CA sent child support enforcement papers to OK for past and current child support. He moved.

There are many cases of ex-husbands paying COURT-ORDERED child support for children proven by DNA testing not to be theirs. To add even more insult to injury, the real fathers of these children are guys who had an affair with the husband's wife and that is what caused the divorce in the first place. And to really slap the ex-husband in the face, the real fathers have been found to be living with the ex-wife and living off the child-support. And the courts know it! And it is in the court records!

I wish there was a show on TV called Americas most wanted dead beat dads- I know I would watch and be the first one to put my ex husbands picture on the show. I checked out a place called National child support.com they sent me an info packet and an application. If they find him and can garnish his wages they will take a percentage of it but it is better than the nothing I am getting now. I checked them out with the better business bureau and a few other places and they sound like a good company. They don't charge unless they collect from him. I am keeping my fingers crossed.

hair2dye4-
I know he works for a company called BMS CAT. The cat is short for catastrophe. I told the child support worker that and even the address he was supposed to be living at in New York. I gave the same info to this National Child support.com place- maybe they can do something with it. It makes my just sick if that is right that he makes about $20 an hour. I sell on Ebay and don't even make close to that

nharmon,
I know it makes you sick, they do make good money, call your case worker daily, they will do something so you will stop calling, talk to there supervisor, call, call call.. you have nothing but money to lose, these guys think this is such good money and they don't work for awhile afterwards, because they are lazy. You can call the company he works for, give them a fact business name say I am calling to verify emplyment for so and so, then you have the goods, call state attorney, call everyone get this guy!!! You have to be sneaky because they are! Good luck! Go girl!!!

I wonder if there really is something to lose other than money. Just think of the emotional stress that this quest entails. Think about the wasted time that you may spend in such a long and losing battle to get an errant spouse to pay child support.

I think that there is a need for welfare reform to address this issue. Single parents need financial help and this country should be able to offer it. What happened to the Bush creed, "We will leave no child behind?"
