George Stephenopolis could have walked in and not known a thing about what was going on under the desk. During their meeting, all of a sudden he gets a huge smile on his face, LOL.

Oh my. The pictues whirling in my head about now.....small feetsies poking out from the end of the desk...from the DOOR side. Clinton, florid faced, fidgeting, shuffling, harumphing and trying to keep a straight face if someone walks in. LOL!

yellowstone, your points are pointless. You are focusing upon the details instead of the bigger, important idea. If the President of the United States can't have a private, personal sex life that is nobody's business but his own, then NO ONE has one! That means, that YOU and YOUR private life is NOT SAFE! It is not safe from exposure to the media, even if you are not noteworthy in your own right. That is because our system of juris laws are predicated upon prior rulings and prescidence set in other ways. If Clinton had been left to his privacy when the republicans first flared this up, then everyone else in the country could have felt safe as well. And it is ignoble and naieve of you to assume that just because clinton was a public figure that he was not entitled to his privacy. In fact, as I pointed out on many an occasion, this was a matter between husband and wife AND NOBODY ELSE. Or, do you relish having the government step in and beaurocrats examining YOUR private sex life?

Yellowstone

And when a Senator, Congressman or a President diddles an intern then it's perfectly allright to do the deed in whatever government office they choose?

Ha ha. If you knew what I know, you'd be a little nervous about the Republican leadership right now. And the deed involved a government intern and office too!

They didn't ferret out all the offenders when the Impeachment hearings swept Hyde away.

As far as I'm concerned, the Bush regime can have bacchanalian orgies in their offices if it distracts from their attempts to undermine the Constitution and model the FBI after the KGB.

Lets not forget that it takes two to blow...er...tango. He might have done it in the whitehouse while on duty, but at least he was still sitting at his desk while said intern was on her knees like a rat eating cheese. (sorry...just a bit of humor).

Graphic images such as the ones above detract from your message, if you have one and if not, they are not funny, in my opinion. This is a political thread. Most people who want to read this type of "humour" will prefer a sleeze site.

What side of the political fence are you on? I ask because it seems that you dance to whatever tune is being played.

No, you ask because you just cant leave me alone, can ya? Do us both a favor..and your blood pressure as well and put me on ignore. That way, you wont have your smithyriddles bunched everytime you see what I write. Must be painful on the face muscles to have them always so scrunched up like you just ate a tart lemon.

BTW..this is just for you. KMA.

I just wondered yellowstone, what did you tell your daughter when she asked you about oral sex?

"This is a political thread. Most people who want to read this type of "humour" will prefer a sleeze site."

Come on Helen. All political threads eventually turn out sleazy. We're talking about the government here.

If you have something to say saab say it, don't hold back, quit acting like a little girl.

You do have a point, and some political threads start out sleazy. There are different degrees of sleaze also and that's why we have a ratings system in this country. So what rating should we give this thread, I'd say a PG17 rating would suffice, what do you say?

As far as,
what did you tell your daughter when she asked you about oral sex?

If you'll go back and read my post you will see that it was a friend of mine whose daughter asked him this question.

Sorry about the oversight yellowstone. My eyes aren't what they used to be! Anyway, do you know how your friend answered her question?

About rating threads, I bet you'd get 100 different answers on this one.

Yellowstone, why would your friend be any more upset with his daughter's query than if she had asked him the meaning of the "f" word - a word probably heard by most kids that age. You don't actually expect us believe that because she asked, he owed her a detailed answer? Parents pussyfoot around a lot of explanations.

Re: na na na na na. I just didn't want you to think smugly that the millions of bucks spent on the Impeachment hearings turned up something that was uniquely Clintonesque. (And if you think I'm naive enough to type out the details here with out figuring the ramifications, you'd give Pollyanna a run for the money.)

He gave her a pat on top of her head and told her to run along and play. He told me that he does plan on giving her a detailed answer when she gets a little older. A child of 6 can not possibly understand the meanings of these terms so why even go there with your 6 year old. It would only confuse the child and possibly damage her way of thinking about sexual terms at a later date and/or time.

saabsister
About pussyfooting around isn't that exactly what YOU are doing by first mentioning that you have a secret and then saying I just didn't want you to think smugly that the millions of bucks spent on the Impeachment hearings turned up something that was uniquely Clintonesque. (And if you think I'm naive enough to type out the details here with out figuring the ramifications, you'd give Pollyanna a run for the money

In fact I do believe that you are naive and also a little dumb. Again I say, if you have something to say then say it and quit pussyfooting around.

"Borillar Do you believe that Bush is entitled to his privacy."

Bush or any public figure deserves to have a private sex life, if said sex life consists of consenting adults. What consenting adults do behind closed doors is NOBODY'S BUSINESS! Just because the person happens to be a puiblic figure DOES NOT give any politician or media the RIGHT to go investigate it, reveal it, or to display it. I've said it before: after the Impeachment failed, the Republican politicians should have been forced to strip naked and to have been made to run down Pennsyvania Avenue while being horse whipped in front of the White House for the amusement of Clinton and the rest of America for what they did!

I remember a friend telling me about how the school had called because his son had gone to school and for show and tell said that their B itch had had puppies. Well this area is not always politically correct and the teacher did her best to exaplin the proper usage of the word to the class. I said to him well at least he did not say your Dam B itch.

Bonilar you miss the point which is not democrat or republican it's about 60 billlion stolen dollars from the savings and loans mostly out of arkansas and texas. the clown in dc himself got one of those 200.000.00 loans he did not have to repay, Why not? Nobody cares about clintons sex life but weapon sales to red chinese or dead witnesses that is what the people who watch politics wanted to see covered it was not because there is not one damm bit of difference in this one party facade we call a government.
