From Cyn's link above:

". . . and accusations of blatant election fraud that are all the more remarkable for the credible evidence behind both sides' contentions. "

This is what I feel could easily correct a lot of wrong in our political system: making a systemwide effort to prevent voter fraud. Ballotbox stuffings are such a serious problems that G. Bush took many states that were a complete surprize to everyone. In fact, after the elections were over with, several states began to look into the votes and discovered emmense voter fraud on the part of the Repubicans. Of course, the Graveyard Vote is an old Democrat trick, so let's not spare either side with this illegal nonsense.

We've tried the issue of Electoral College reform and it has failed and will continue to fail, as the alternative idea of popular elections gets shot down each time, rightfully or wrongfully. But greater change than anything to do with the Electorial College is concerned is to come up with a unified system for voter registration and verification BEFORE a vote is cast! The systems in place throughout the USA are old and often easily corrupted, as they heavily rely upon a person's honesty in doing their civic duty. These days, that's a real laugh, especially from a political party that has continually stated that it will do any extreme measure that it has to in order to acheive political power and control.

But do we hear about ten or twenty billion dollars spent on revamping state voter systems? Nope! Not a peep! Not a single penny to come from Congress to fix the problem. Why? Because they BOTH are using the lax voter system that is in place in order to cheat. Damned criminals the lot of them!

"It doesn't matter, borillar. What matters is to attempt to depose the little tyrant of today, and an independeant vote against him is a wasted vote. Only a democratic majority of such strength that no cheating in any state will overcome it will remove him."

What? And replace him with Whom? You mean, like Gore and Joe Liberman? Joe belongs in the Republican side of the party and Gore is just plain scary to most Americans. How would we have fared under the two of them? Maybe not as nasty AS QUICKLY AS we have under the Bush dictatorship, but certainly, there was an ultra-conservative bent to the pair. Clinton was also screwing us over in many, many ways and the process would have accelerated with these new thugs in office. No, voting Independent is the only way voters have of saying, "I VOTE, but I WON'T vote for you bastards anymore!" So what if it puts a Bush into power instead of an Al Gore? That's choice between True Criminals and Super Criminals -- both of whom pat each other on the back to screw us over collectively. Do you see what I mean? Voting in a Democrat is not the answer, because they'll turn right around and support the Republican Agenda just like they have been! What's the point of voting in either party side of the DemoPublican party?

I say, everyone should STOP wasting their votes on the DemoPublican Party, because it doesn't matter which candidate that you vote for, you are voting for only one party. Instead, register your rejection of the DemoPublican Party by voting Independent!

"Haven't you noticed that no republican objects when you talk in your current vein? That's because they know that you are an emasculated political entity."

No, we are all so emasculated, because the DemoPublican Party has it all sewn up and voters are purposely terrified into trying to use one side of the DemoPublican Party to vote out the other side of DemoPublican Party -- all to no avail! Republicans have stopped trying to bash me because they can't. If I'm not a DemoRat, then how can they bash me as there are no examples to point to, no rationale for them to make, other that what you point out - incorrectly, I might add. I want to encourage RepubliKlans as well as DemoRats to vote American by voting Independent!

Remember that "What Party do you think you are?" site. I came up aas a Constitutionist or a Constitutionalist. I'm going to check them out.

Now a loose, true, story on the polls. Many years ago people were recruited by a certain group committed to helping their man win to be "poll watchers." As such, they were to keep an eye out for those who were turned away from the booths for lack of qualifications/problems with their registration. If this was observed to happen, they were to be encouraged to accept being sped down to the registration office in the car out waiting outside. The instructions were these: Approach the person sympathetically then inquire as to who they had intended to vote for. If they said X, you were to say something like "Aw, that's a damn shame". If they replied "Z" they got the taxi.
