I can understand why, snowy. Good decision. We had a couple of patients who were at the point where the anesthetic was about to be administered, when someone FINALLY noticed no signed consent. Surgery over before it began. Doctors were not pleased.

I have yet to meet any parent that thought as I do. If adult women insist on having sex with men who are filty and they willingly take a filthy member up inside themselves, it is no surprize to me that they catch terrible diseases. The answer is not to mutilate your male children, but teach them to stop being lazy and only have sex when they are (and their partener) freshly washed.
