>If this is going to be too hard for you, just say so. We will understand.

Tex, I never answer your inane questions because if you really and truely want to know any answers, there are both plenty of Kosovo threads on AW for you to read and more than plenty of Kosovo web site, news magzinbe articles, etc. for you to decide for yourself. You don't need me to do it for you. Furthermore, I will not become obliged to answer every asinine request that you make to dangle on puppet strings for you. And if this issue is so very important to you, why not make a new thread and let everyone have a crack at all of those old arguements? Or are you chicken?

Karma or kharma, oh yes I remember that... and mescaline, acid and LSD too

(NO I never did! )

LOL Linda on the 'rules' !

Colin I gotta wonder at this quote:

"In my country the atmosphere is poisoned. Unbreathable for those of us who are not on the right. So thank you for inviting me to this festival and allowing me to leave there for a few days.”

-- Jessica Lange

I wonder, because if the atmosphere is so poisoned WHY DIDN'T SHE STAY? I wouldn't come back if its that bad. I really wouldn't. If I believed it was that bad, I'm gone.

It would be better to have less enemies than more, wouldn't you agree with that?
Yes, Borilla I do agree.

I don't believe this would be an unprovoked attack. Saddam and the Iraqi people have provoked the rest of the world with the noncompliance of 1441.

I believe we are doing this for the safety of the rest of the world. Not just for our own selfish reasons.

How about some comment on the:
"Of course if we all laid down and died that would be possible. It's tough to be the police of the world. It was something that was thrust upon us. We do the job well. Now were called bullies."

If we really p*ss them off, so what?

Like I stated before, different cultures have different moral values. No matter what we do, they (most of the Moslems) will hate us anyway. They always have.

Amen,
There's lots more in-depth quotes by those brainiac Celeb's,

And another thing Borillar

If you want (since you certainly do not have to answer an inane? questions)
What is your definition of war monger?

If Bush is a War Monger as you keep saying over and over and over, then why the hell aren't we AT war right now......... its been months! since this began!

A true WAR MONGER would have bombed the sh*t out of Iraq way back.

You guess wrong, as usual Tex. If you intent was to become educated, I would do it. However, since you have not demonstrated that purpose by creating a new thread so that you can become educated in the facts, it shows that your real intent is to try to enguage me in trying to justify myself, rather than justify my statements. I won't do it. Too bad if you don't like it. If you are serious, go make a new thread.

borillar,

You stated, in this thread, that the attack on Kosove was just. That is an opinion. I'm asking that you defend that opinion. That is all. Since you can't, or won't, I guess we will have to lend your statement what credence it deserves.

Huh?

When we went to War with Spain, it was because we believed that the Spanish had sunk the Maine -- prokoing an act of War!

When the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor and did all of the damage it provoked us into an act of War.

On September 11th, 2001, members of Al-Queda formed into suicide suads and boarded airplaces that they then took over and flew into the World trade Towers, demolishing them and also into the Pentagon Building. That provoked us into an Act of War.

A United Nations member does not follow through on UN Resolution 1441 to disarm and you feel THAT provokes America into an Act of War, Colin?

Whatever.

"because we believed that the Spanish had sunk the Maine"

Did we really believe that the Spanish had sunk the Maine? We didn't care one way or another. Check your History a little better.

A United Nations member does not follow through on UN Resolution 1441 to disarm and you feel THAT provokes America into an Act of War, Colin?

You can bet on that. I must see a different problem here. You want to roll over and have it all go away. It won't. It will just get worst, get bigger and more dangerous.

I see a bigger conflict here not just Iraq, nor the middle east. It's time to put all those that procure WOMD and Terrorism in their place. Now before it's to late.

If the President was the warmonger you say, he would have nuked these scumbags already.

Amen,
Good to have a Pres w/b*lls

Ah, I see what your problem is, Tex! You haven't been around here for a while! I repeatedly told everyone on here last year that if I have to provide "proofs" of every opinion that I put on here, then everyone else has to as well! And until everyone else is required to do that, then for everyone to stop demanding it of me! You known damned well that if it was required to provide proofs of any opinion that you posted on here, then there would never be any opinions around at all! Therefore, you take my opinion as I take yours - however you want it.

Conversely, I DID offer you a way to discuss the issue, but you refused. Why? It's because as I said before: you are not interested in the answers, you are only interested in trying to get me to run around for you. Since no amount of anything that I could ever provide would ever make one bit of difference to you, then there is simply no point in my abusing myself for your amusement. Now if you want to play childish games, go play them with other children. Or go pout or torture small animals or whatever else it is that you do for amusement.
