This is one of the saddest threads I've ever read. Racism is certainly alive and well in America. I guess we haven't learned from history and yes it does repeat itself. Just exchange the group that its directed at.

Someone up there said this is how half of American thinks. After 9/11 one of the first questions we all asked was, "why and how can they hate us so much?" Evidently the answers are right here in this thread.

Racism you say? What hypocritical tripe! The racism in this thread
http://www.auctionwatch.com/mesg/read.html?num=28&thread=172002 didn't seem to inspire much too much of your umbrage. Course it's been edited to remove the racial epitaph, but no doubt you read it when it was originally posted.

And how about assbounty's repeated anti-Jewish propaganda? Where's the outrage there? What? That's different? Racism indeed.

Ta Ta once again

Oh gee, the liberal double standard yet again.

If its about jews, it isn't racism. If it is Muslims destorying religious shrines and historical artifacts, it isn't mentioned and never critisized.

If their culture and religion calls for murder and destruction, it is OK. If we demand that we protect ourselves and destroy those intent on our demise, it is racism.

Where is the outrage indeed !!

These patent double standards are so obvious and inane, I can only conclude that they hate America. It isn't about war or peace, or good or bad, it is about debasing America.

If America does it, it must be wrong, REGARDLESS of evidence otherwise.

KatyD, sorry to disappoint you, but I didn't even read that thread when it was originally posted. I'm not here that often and don't read all the threads when I am.

I would have agreed with what Junquemama said to him and told him so. I don't like racism in any form.

Oh really? Then how do you know (to agree) with what junquemama said to "him"? And how did you know it was a "him" that posted that remark? And not a peep from you in assbounty's hate diatribes. Musta missed those too, huh?

Uh huh. Allrighty!

"KatyD, sorry to disappoint you, but I didn't even read that thread when it was originally posted. I'm not here that often and don't read all the threads when I am."

So from your limited reading of threads you've concluded that "Racism is certainly alive and well in America." ?

Why don't you just admit that you fly the racism flag when you read something that disagrees with your political position and has nothing to do with racism.

The racial epitaph is gone. Duh, yourself. There's nothing left to "read". Unless you "read" it before it was deleted.

KatyD, for crying out loud it was apparent what was said.

reamond, I said in THIS thread.

What on earth is wrong with you people? Are you so full of hate and war you can't see anything else?

We are full up to our eyebrows with America haters. We are full up with people that make baseless claims, or support empowering terrorist cultures.

No, it isn't "apparent what was said". All reference has been removed. And if you didn't read it, who is "he"? Antiquary? Prof? Deuce? Twelvepole? Lots of "he's" posting in that thread. Of course you know who the "he" is, and what the "remark" (long gone) was, dontcha?

Are you so full of hate and war you can't see anything else?
You might ask yourself that question before you go leveling charges of "racism" against others.

chococake, reamond just answered your question. Its been this way for weeks.President Bush said,You are either with us or against us.And some of the posters are useing that as a measuring tool,of who is an American.

No one is using what Bush said as a measuring tool. But people are using what posters say as a measuring tool.

Heres the entire message I posted:

Would be nice to destroy Iraq, as easily as some believe.Problem is it wont stop there,President Bush has said we will be at war for many years. For some reason, people believe this is a short term conflict.

Nothing could be farther from the truth,we have to get the rest of the axis of evil,Iran is next on the list and then N.Korea, then anyone who complains about those Countrys being attacked.

Where is the bottom line? Our troops being envolved or deployed, is a cost of 1 Billion dollars a day,we dont have it.We also cannot afford the body bags from on ground conflicts.

Theres more at stake, then calling people names, because they want another out come.
This will be a conflict to wipe out the Arab Nation.Who the hell, are we to make that decision?

Where the hell do you dream this stuff up?

We are not out to "wipe" out the Arab nation, we are out to stop a dictator from giving or selling WOMDs to any terrorist group or from using them themselves against another country in the area.

We are the greatest country in the world, that allows us to make these decisions...

I am guessing your anti-abortion too...
