Hello... what does that have to do with putting a strain on social services of that state...
So you condone illegal activity, is that what your saying... So if someone were to knock your mother down and rob her, it wouldn't bother you in the least... after all they just needed the money...
Illegal immigration is bane to the US and the quicker we get it under control the better... Hopefully Homeland Security will start plugging these holes...

::I live in the San Diego area and I can promise you illegal immigration is ruining it. ::
I also live in San Diego and the problems I see in this city is that due to our climate we have become a Mecca for the homeless and the fact that we have a gang problem here that ranks right up with that of Los Angeles. I haven't seen a problem with illegals in the few years I have been here but I definately see a problem with the fact that I can' go to Horton Plaza without running the panhandling gauntlet, that the block next to the main trolley stop downtown is a strip mall of crack dealers or that early last week only 3 weeks from the Gaslamp we had still another gang shooting in the middle of the day.

Do you have any house plants? Have you ever sent flowers? Do you eat lettuce? Cabbage? Tomatoes? Potatoes? Do you have any clothes whose tags say "Made in the U.S." but don't have a union label?
Then you've benefited from the work of undocumented aliens.
And of course I don't condone "criminal activity." I just don't think being a member of the "huddled masses yearning to breathe free" should be a crime. Drug lords and the "mules" they run in and out of this country are obviously a problem that must be dealt with. But the vast majority of immigrants - both legal and non - are law abiding people.

I have started my own thread on the illegal immigrants...
I will not participate here in this thread anylonger...
That young man was a US Citizen when he died, that is all that matters...

Yes, but given your druthers, you would have had him arrested and deported long before he had the oportunity to show himself the honorable person you were so eager to defend.
