LInda - I give up. You don't want to hear what I say, your don't seem to care. For some reason you are bound and determined to believe that because I don't believe in bombing every country that does something we don't like that I have no support for our country. You believe that holding the lives of citizens of other nations in the same regard as the citizens of our own means that I support the actions of their government as well.

You actually have the unmitigated gall to continue to accuse me of possessing beliefs that I have repeatedly stated I do not hold.

I'm sick and tired and defending myself against your baseless accusations and I'm sick and tired of your knee jerk patriotism that screams TRAITOR whenever someone says something that you don't like.

Accepting that some people may be able to find fault in this countries actions while still approving of the final goal seems to take you too far outside of your comfort zone for you to accept and I'm tired of it.

Call me whatever the hell makes you sleep better at night Linda, I simply don't give a damn.

You've made it impossible to debate actual issues. Everything turns into a person attack. I enjoying debating the details and ins and outs of both sides of action. Somehow though it always ends up with with me having to defend my patriotism. It's annoying, it'ds demeaning, it's childish and it's over.

You are what you yourself have admited - a Blame America First.

You are one the the BAFs that will look under every rock to find merit or some redeeming quality for a communist regime and examine any desperate tiny bit of an issue dealing with American policy.

It takes all kinds, as there are even some who are still defending Castro's regime.

Linda- you've been proven right each and every time. The leftists are desperate.

I think they all watched the Dem presidential debates the other night and are quite convinced that there will be republican rule for the next term, and possibly longer.

I have yet to see the "frightened right". But everyone has seen the left with its tail between its legs and running for cover.

The Dem presidential debates were pathethic. The only bright spot was when Lieberman reminded the other candidates that the American people will not elect someone that is unwilling or unable to protect this country and effectively lead the military.

Desparate for what Reamond? Are you talking about the Democrats or the people here?

Amazing -

I wondered if anyone had any opinion on the possibility the North Koreans could really have many nuclear weapons.

Instead of discussing that you all just call each other names. It was a waste of time to put a serious question here.

It is impossible to have a serious discussion when you have some posters that will baselessly malign anything this country does for no other reason than Bush is president.

I could swear that's was the point of what I said above.

Do I think that the article you posted about NK having a multitude of nukes aimed at the US? No, I don't buy that. That would imply a rather massive nuclear program that has gone completely unnoticed by any and all intelligence agencies. I find that one hard to swallow.

Do I think that they have the nuclear capability to hold a neighboring nation effectively hostage? Yes. Do I think they would actually ever act on the threats they are tossing around. This is where I differ from many of the "Nuke the Bastards" cheerleaders. No. I don't. KJI may be lacking in the sanity department, but I don't think he is suicidal. I do not believe that he wants to go down in history as being responsibly for the destruction on NK. His actions are to ego driven. He knows that using his nukes on anyone will result in a like attack from the US. If on the otherhand he is backed into corner via a "pre-emptive" military attack he absolutely could resort to his "best defense". Remember, unlike Iraq, NK's military is not made up of frightened children and strong armed, starved men desperate for freedom.

But he's the guy in charge REAMOND. The U.S. is in a never-ending war with bad guys, your economy sucks, your government is spending money it doesn't have, blah, blah, blah. Is there someone else, no one knows about, making these decisions?

N.Korea Told U.S. It Will Export Nukes

http://abcnews.go.com/wire/US/reuters20030507_104.html

Yeah, we need more diplomacy with NK. The only diplomacy we need to use is a cruise missile right up their a**.

For those of you who think the president is in "charge" of all these events, please refer to our three branch government as defined by our constitution. A president without the consent of Congress can do very little but be a caretaker of the office. A president, even with the consent of Congress, that offends the constitution is stopped by the courts.

It is an ever present shame that people who do not understand how our government works are even allowed to vote.

So, if a President says there's WOMD in any given country, and they pose a direct threat to the U.S., which passes Congress under those circumstances, but nothing is found to substanciate those claims, what's that called?

Actually I think John Carry is going to be good competition for President Bulshi@. I will say it again. The reasons this adminstration gave to go to war are BS. Anyone who beleives differently has got to be naive. Come on now Bushites, its common sense.

A PHONY CRISIS FED BY DECEPTION

"We now know that a good part of President Bush's public support for the Iraq war has been based on false or highly misleading information. While polls have shown that 53 percent of the public believe that Saddam Hussein was "personally involved" in the massacre of Sept. 11, no evidence of this connection has ever been produced."
