I, too, am hopeful that this 'late term/partial birth abortion' issue will be passed. It has been twice before but clinton wouldn't sign it. Bush will.
There is no reason, imo, other than the "life" [not health] of the mother being at risk to wait until the fetus is viable to decide to terminate a pregnancy.

CBlev65252 - The government tells you all the time what you can and can not do with your own body. Go out and try to by crack cocaine, and then show the police your purchase. You will be arrested, and charged with a crime. I'm not arguing you on the abortion issue, just what I see as a faulty defense that nobody can tell you what you can or can't do with your body.
