It didn't take long for this thread to degenerate into some form of hate speech. Frankly I'm surprised to see it tolerated to the degree it is. Whatever ones personal view which is really no ones business but theirs I would hope they would have the good sense to keep their hateful comments to themselves. It adds nothing to the conversation and only shows them for what they are. Intolerant trash.

Face it, unless you live a cave... Homosexuality is just as sensitve subject as abortion...
It is only hateful to you because it does not agree with your misguided ideals and tolerance... some of us are just plain tired of every little thing having to be accepted in this world... well you can accept it, but I won't.
This is the US not Canada, it is not legal here and I don't see it being so anytime in the near future. Even Clinton could only go so far as "Don't ask, Don't tell"
But now they have a place they can move to and be as deviant as they want.

Yes in the five years of AW/Vendio, we have had many threads on abortion and homosexuality and other hot topic issues.
Specifically mentioning the homosexual issue, it always leads to AIDS, raping animals, incest and so on. And, oh yeah, quoting the Bible.

And you know what, it's not just here at RT, but elsewhere, including the floors of Congress, state and federal.
Believe it or not twelvepole and whoever else, homosexuals are God's children.
BTW, Vermont allows same sex marriages. Remember Anne and Ellen when they announced they were going to Vermont and get married? Like a month or two before their break up.

For clarification, twelvepole mentioned raping a cat. Then he equated it to simply a sexual act "doing" the cat, imo as if it was consentual. I am calling a spade a spade.
Oftentimes in rape cases, the rapist justifies the situation by saying it was consentual.

Yes, after 12 did the cat, he fled the scene. The cat attempted to trap him getting him to accept the responsibility of supporting his offspring. He would have none of that. It's been tried many times..he was quoted as saying....

I personally would rather have a paroled child molester living next to me than two homosexuals... at least with the former child molester there is a chance that deviant behavior will not occur.

Maybe I've lived a sheltered life but I didn't even know that it was possible to do it with a cat.

Here's my 2 cents. First, what people do in their bedrooms is not the government's business. God gave us freewill and the government has no right to take it away.
That said, I believe homosexuality is a deviant behavior as is sodomy between heterosexuals, pedaphilia, incest, and bestiality. I might be wrong but God will be the final judge.
It's true that many homosexuals were born with this behavior and I believe that it's a mental illness or disorder. Like schizophrenia or manic depression. A Christian should not be unkind to gays, but at the same time homosexuality should not be considered acceptable behavior. Like flag burning, it should be legal but very much frowned upon.
Unfortunately, our society is increasingly tolerant of deviant behavior. Homosexuality is now condsidered ok and it's just a matter of time before we see family members hooking up with each other and pets used as sex toys. Anything goes until God has had enough and strikes us down like He did ancient Rome.
