"Bush has sent your sons into the lion's den, to slaughter and be slaughtered, claiming that this act was in defense of international peace and America's security, thus concealing the facts."
Linda says.... Yep....sure sounds like a LOT of the anti-American garbage I read posted here and then I'm asked why I call some people anti-American.
So, Linda, were you anti-American when you charged Clinton with the same act?
Linda says....
"... no president should use our young soldiers for his own purposed, and IMO that's what Clinton was doing.
I have a good memory, Linda...no files necessary.
Again, you're ducking the question.
You criticize Clinton's use of troops during his presidential term yet criticism of Bush's use of troops is labeled Anti-American.
Same old wing-nut hypocrisy. And you wonder why no one replies to your nutty comments.

No answer I ever give would ever appease you, helen.
I did answer. And anyone who reads that whole thread can see I mentioned E. Timor. Was US intelligence telling clinton that E. Timor might have womd, or be ready to attack America?
I don't believe it was.
Now, I've answered your question. Your turn. Second try.
Do you agree with that above statement? Or will this be another question you don't answer.
In your various posts you have accused this President of many of the the same things that quote did. You have called him evil, you have opposed going to war, etc. etc. It's an easy question helen.

To clarify, you have asked me if I agree with the first quote above. It's certainly an easy question and one that I have answered daily. Although more dramatic that I would have phrased it, I agree with the quote. I believe that Bush has recklessly sent troops to invade a country that did not pose an immediate threat to our country or to any of Iraq's neighbors. He concealed facts and lied in order to convince Congress and the American people that Iraq was an imminent threat. He invaded Iraq and further endangered our troops by not providing an exit plan.

Well...you surprised me. Thank you for answering the question.
copying your statement as typed:

Then my point has been made. *All* that was quoted on that post was from a transcript taken from binLaden's last taped message. You are in agreement with binLaden. And if you will notice, this President was not quilty of all that binladen accused the US of having done. [ie:vietnam, etc.]
