Edits are generally done to correct spelling, ubbs or to clarify. They are not lies.
When you make an allegation that I said something you should be able to prove it. YOU are expected to back up YOUR argument.
I would NEVER say, for example...Linda said that she was planning to vote for Ralph Nader UNLESS I CHECKED FIRST and knew that I could verify AND locate that statement.
You look like a complete fool when you make unfounded statements and then use the excuse that it's too frustrating to look for verification because Helen edits her comments. Hell, everybody here edits their comments...even you. How do I know what you have edited out whether you take a minute or a day? Should I be as paranoid as you are???
I will continue to edit my comments. Sometimes I forget to spellcheck...Sometimes I make a typo or a ubb or even see a need to clarify my statement after it's posted.
Before you accuse me of something outrageous you make dam sure that you can locate the quote and post a link. That shouldn't be too difficult for you. If you can't, nobody will believe the lame excuse that you can't find it because I've edited the comment.
