Saffron, don't you ever wonder why the U.S. suddenly has a terrorist problem (since 911), but before that there was never a mention of it? If the U.S. plans on going to war with every country that harbours terrorists, they'll be at war with every country in the world. This is what Bush wants. War is great business for Republican backed companies, but it accomplishes nothing. If you feel safer because Saddam is gone, you're only fooling yourself. There's no difference except now war is an option instead of a last resort.

Actually, LindaK, I have it on good authority that Twelvepole meant to assign you a minor role as one of the munchkins. He was thwarted in this intention by his inability to recall any of their names, and he felt you would take it wrong if he annointed you as the entire Lollipop Guild...
