Stop:
are you saying straight marriages are not working,so lets try gay marriage? or at least give it a shot>
In a way I guess you could say that. Linda tried to point out that gay marriages were the cause of Denmark's marriage problem. I showed her the numbers of the marriage rate, the divorce rate here in the US where there is no legal gay marriages at the moment. She has yet to explain how gay marriages will cause problems here in the US when the problems that occurred in Denmark after gay marriages were allowed already exists here in the US. A did not cause B in Denmark.
Perhaps straight couples need to look at their own definition of marriage and ask themselves what they did wrong to cause marriage to be so f'ed up before they assume gays will really screw up marriage
I don't think gays could do any worse of at marraige then the straight people of this world.
i just kill my neighbor, but look at you,you shot the president.
people will do it (alcohol, drug, spouse abuse) no matter what govt said or ban.thats the reason govt ban it because people are doing it.
Explain me to my the death penalty is supposed to be a deterant to crime here in the US. Some European countries don't have the dealth penalty and their crime rates are alot lower. Don't believe everything the government tells us because they are supposed to know better.
it is part of the great social evolution-premarital sex, live together without marriage, divorce, single parent.
but i said at the core of the matter is anal sex,is this something we should all accept as normal sexual behavior??
If you want to accept it as normal go ahead, if you don't then that is your belief. No matter what it will continue to happen and you will never know who is doing it and who is not.
a gay couple will conduct anal sex and then find a subrogate mother to have their kids.
think of it,it is something we will have to accept,or our kids will have to accept and someday be part of it.
What about kids born from straight women who use a surrogate mother because they can't have kids. I dont see what your point is on this.
i think the kids are kind of screwed up already, divorced parents, bouncing from one parent to another, and what next ??
my mother is really a man and then my dad remarries and this time he marries a woman,so my stepmother is a woman.
oh,sometimes the surrogate mother drop in for a visit, thats my mother in a way too.
Sounds like a topic from the Jerry Springer show. If you think kids are screwed up then you as a parent have to ask yourself what you did to cause them to be that way. After all you are the one responsibel for raising them.

Stopwhining, it's a 'comfort' thing. (Comfortable for the husband, because it is tight; rather uncomfortable for the wife, because it is, afterall, her butt we're talking about, which is physiologically an expeller and not a receptacle.)
It's an intensely private, behind-closed-doors practice, so I'm not surprised that heterosexual women or men haven't rushed in here to talk about it. But it is yet another heterosexual practice, along with the use of sex toys of all descriptions.
(Well, okay, Helen has never used sex toys.)

logansdad - You OBVIOUSLY didn't read the link [two pages] that I posted or you couldn't possibly be saying what you just did.

Well, Helen, as I divulged in another thread, I myself am celibate.
I agree with you, there are things married women I know engage in sexually that would have me hurling the S.O.B. through the nearest window, but let's step beyond what we might tolerate and discuss whether there's anything really wrong with it if both parties agree to it.
From where I sit on my spinster's throne, I can't see why anal intercourse is a crime -- for gay men or heterosexual couples.

Can you?
No, I've said many times in this thread or maybe Twelve's thread that no consensual sexual intercourse is a crime for homosexual or heterosexual couples. It's not a moral issue either which can be judged right or wrong.

Logan, are you calling me a 'neo' something? Should I be insulted here? lol. Or is it as I presume, only a typo? But everytime I see that, I think of Neo of the Matrix. I might start getting a complex like I am supposed to THE ONE. hahahaa.
btw, I'd sleep with Keanu Reeves in a heartbeat, but I still dont think I'd give even him my butt hole to rip apart. Pat, I dont think the majority of heterosexual couples do that. If anything, its a small minority. But I agree whatever they do between them is their own business.

"But I agree whatever they do between them is their own business."
Well, Neroter, hats off to ye!
You're well on your way to eliminating superfluous crap from your mind (that doesn't affect you at all!) and having the room to focus on real issues: What about our record-high national debt? What about these endless wars? What about all these jobs moving overseas?

no one said anal sex is a crime.
having a drink after work at a bar is not a crime, neither should lighting up a joint at home or going to an opium den to chase the dragon.

I apologize Neroter12.
It was a typo on my part. I thought there was an extra "o" in your screen name. Sorry for the goof on my part. I did not mean you any harm. Thanks for pointing it out.

Stopwhining, you are speaking in tongues once again. (Really, you should limit your exposure to Colin and Twelve -- you seem especially susceptible to their disjointed rants and I've noticed that, soon after either/both of them have been preaching their skewed 'gospel', you show up making insensible remarks.) This is lamentable indeed, for you've obviously got more on the ball than both of them put together...

i have no problem with man preferring another man,it is the way how they express their desire, feeling, love, lust for each other bothers me.
if they can find another way to express their feelings,i dont think i mind at all.
in fact i dont even mind delivering pizza or chinese carryout to their 2 level suburban home .
i guess this is how twelvepole feels too!!

helen said,
"Well, maybe one has to have had three or more kids in order for the topic to come up..."
I had three children and the topic never came up.
I thought only homosexuals used anal intercourse.
///////////////////////////////////////
Anal intercourse is practiced in most cultures since ancient time, there is a certain indian mogul who goes to war and bring his wife with him, during certain period of the month, she offered him something different.
it is also an alternative to birth control pills or contraceptive.
as for women who have 3 or more children,my mother has 7 and 2 abortion, she never mention such practice.

By the same token, Stopwhining, perhaps I'll take your posts/opinions more seriously if you'll 'find another way' to express your feelings. Try a rudimentary english grammar course for a start...

thanks helen.
see this is the problem, plsmith cant win,so he resorts to nickpicking on petty stuff.
there is no such thing as rudimentary grammer??
i guess he cant wait to start teaching children of gay marriage 'rudimentary grammer'
