Easy. Right click on the one you want, choose save picture as, choose a file to save it to. Then you can insert them into email. ( am I infringing here ??¿ )

Muttsberg,

Thanks for the instructions. This is probably the STUPID question of the night - just how do you insert them into an email? I have them saved in " My Documents".

Hi Tinkerbell831 !

I've never been able to insert anything into the AW emails but I use Outlook Express for my personal emails. At the top click message, choose New Message Using and pick a plain stationary or one of your choosing. Once you have established a space (typed or just the flashing curser) in the message area click insert, choose picture, choose brouse, choose My Documents and choose your gif that you want to insert. Then choose Open and ok ( I think) and it should load into your email page.

This is also the type of email where you can change the used fonts and colors.

There are no stupid questions

Good luck !
Norma

edit to ad: I made a folder on my desktop just for gif.s and pictures to use in email. This makes them much easier to find when you need them [ edited by muttsburg on Jun 20, 2000 07:46 PM ]

SUGGESTIONS NEEDED FOR EMAILS AND BROWSERS-
I used these animated gif's in Netscape Messenger from a folder where I had them saved. I sent a couple of test emails to myself and everything was A OK. I then sent an email to a friend who uses Microsoft Explorer as his browser. The smilies were listed as (image) at each place where the gif should be. The animated gif's (smilies) were then all presented on another page without any text. Any suggestions.

Hi kleavitt,

I'm really not sure because I only use the Internet Explorer Outlook Express. Is it possible that the problem is with their email settings and not the way you are sending them ? I know I can change my settings and very strange things happen to my emails.

I hope the next person is of more help to you
