I'm not begrudging Kerry for his Silver Star or Bronze Star. The heart of the matter is the manner in which he used a very obscure hidden regulation (available ONLY to Naval & Marine personnel) to get a early out of the war into a cushy REMF job as a Admirals aide.
The fact remains that no medical records can be or have been produced for treatment of the 1st wound.
It is the opinion of many Vets I know that Kerry abandoned his men. If he was such a good leader, why didn't he advise all under his command to use the 3 heart out regulation?
I'm sure many in his command had 3 or more hearts in the same time period.
I'll tell you why, because the only person Kerry was interested in was John Kerry.
And I'm still waiting on a explaination of the overboard dog to be answered by Kerry.
