I've mentioned that also, Cheryl with no response, of course. I believe those multiple signature lines are used by such posters as Bear and Linda to give the appearance that they have made a substantial response when only word count is a consideration.
Then when someone asks Linda a question she sidles away with the comment that she doesn't want to use bandwidth...while she prepares another 2 foot copy paste.

I don't think Linda had anything to do with it at all. (Oh, Gawd, I'm defending Linda - where's the vino?) She was just being her usual snide self. I think one of our more sensitive posters turned her in, if anyone turned her in at all.

I don't remember anyone saying e-mailing behind the scenes doesn't go on, I must have missed that. Even if some do e-mail each other, who really cares? Some may want to vent something privately or ask for assistance with their business, it doesn't mean that they do it to play games as some imagine.
No one here is e-mailing me and the ones I've kept relationships with were ones I met here as far back as '99 and they no longer post here. We never discuss boards when we do e-mail, it's not important to us but our businesses are. Live goes on........

I am not currently emailing anyone on this board by email. Only three or four posters from several years ago have my email address other than Plsmith who asked me here for my email address several months ago. We exchanged a few friendly emails and I hanven't heard from her since that time.
I don't know the Vendio moderators email address and do not communicate with them either. Personally, I think it's bad policy to write anything in email, with only a few trustworthy exceptions, that you would not mind sharing with the entire internet.

Crow, torturing children would be a parent who forces their child to be Republican.
If you're talking about Abu Ghraib, I highly doubt there's child torture going on there. The place looks like a resort camp with air conditioned tents. I didn't see any children there unless they were visiting (according to a documentary I saw on the prison).
I believe Linda's values are just the same as ours, she just believes in the President and we don't. Doesn't mean she's a bad person.
