I get a kick out of people that goggle everything to find out what something is. You should at your age have enough real life experience to know what is going on.

I know more than you ever will. Maybe you had better start goggling to find out that most of your statements are false.

That discussion board manners is that you don't post in caps. But then what do I expect from someone who has your mind set.

Fair enough, dbl. Better a womanizer than a drunk...especially a drunk who drives.

liobra, this just proves the very narrow scope of your reasoning ability concerning anything political....it is PUBLIC knowledge admitted by bush that he is an alcoholic......pull your nose out of that joint and look around.

Yup, Helen, that's neocon reasoning,,,,have it off with some bimbo.. it's TERRIBLE...BUT

trying to kill someone by driving drunk is just what...a light-hearted prank.....?

Amazing that these 2 have taken our President to be a killing drunk driver, when all they need to do is look to the senior Senator of Massachusetts and a little river he dumped his car into, killing a female staffer. Questions to answer are:

How long did Mary Jo suffer before she drowned in that car driven by the "great" Ted Kennedy?

How far did Teddy have to swim before he got to shore?

Where did he get his next drink?

And don't run off, sister: it's just your approach was a little off for this board.

In Christ,
Rick

"I am trying here to prevent anyone saying the really foolish thing that people often say about Him: "I'm ready to accept Jesus as a great moral teacher, but I do not accept His claim to be God." That is one thing we must not say. A man who was merely a man and said the sort of things Jesus said would not be a great moral teacher. He would either be a lunatic....or else he would be the devil of Hell. You must make your choice. Either this man was, and is, the Son of God: or else a madman or something worse. You can shut Him up for a fool, you can spit at Him and kill Him as a demon; or you can fall at His feet and call Him Lord and God. But let us not come with any patronizing nonsense about His being a great human teacher. He has not left that open to us. He did not intend to."

Last time I looked Ted Kennedy was NOT the president.
The sins of others makes bush's lesser ?????

No.

ANYONE who drives drunk has NO regard for the fact they may kill someone.

Did BUSH learn from Ted's mistake...?
Guess not.

Does Kennedy's mistake absolve bush from being a drunk .....no.

Profe said, "We were told during his first campaign that Bush had no experience in foreign relations. I wonder why he didn't include Scotland on his resume???""

That's because the only relations he had were with the sheep.

Isn't it pitiful that those who defend Bush try to prop him up by comparison with someone with a flawed reputation....another drunk for example. At least, they say, he hasn't driven his auto into a river. At least he isn't a womanizer. At least....

Helen: it isn't to prop him up by comparison. It is to show how people are extremely biased in their critical outlook of one sin verses another depending on what politician is doing what. We pardon and forgive what and when we want to. We write off one thing as trivial, and 'use' another equally trivial event as significant. Why? The fact that you adore Clinton and hate Bush seems to somehow impair your standards of judgment here, and it shows.

Classic do you play "Let it Ride". When I go to the casino I always swing by that table and watch. I have seen some big buck wins but I can't put myself to do it because I would lose to much. I have never played card games at the casino.
