Going back to belly button lint. Why do only men have it? I have never pulled any fiber from my own and don't know of any woman that has. Seems really strange.

I didn't read all four pages of this thread, so I apologize if I'm repeating anything. But my mother-in-law used to put her dryer lint out in the bushes so the birds could make nests with it.

Big D...ya went to bed far tooooo early last night.

Did ya go running yet this morning? I figure that will be good for what is ailing ya.

**Disclaimer: If I appear arguementive please clarify. I am just too tired to be real formal. And I certainly don't have the energy to argue. C.

BTW Pat...things I've learned here...

Ya can't say Bite me, but ya can say crap...it might irritate fellow users but it is allowed. C.

Hmmm....guess ya can't say #*!@ either.

**Disclaimer: If I appear arguementive, then I probably am just being a #*!@ today. It comes & goes. C.

Chyna,

Why did you edit out your answer to my question about the Parrot? You originally wrote "The Parrot is a jerk." But 22 minutes later you went back and edited it out, making it seem you were ignoring my question.

What gives? Do members of the inner sanctum have an agreement not to discuss this beyond the walls of the cloister?

Re: men and lint. Perhaps men have hairier stomachs that generate/attract lint more readily. Maybe it's due to wearing disintigrating clothing.

OK Bite someone else! No biter or -ee in particular. Actually biting's not nice. Maybe a few nips, though, eh wolfie?

Why is it that people not in a place are so concerned with and certain of the activities there? Not that I respect postulators less, but their fallibility is more obvious as time goes on. Ah, to be so sure of oneself.

I might have conducted a search but I had a feeling it was from AU or AR, and those archives, as you know, are either inaccessible or no longer exist. However I now see that your quote is from the AW archive. But what does it have to do with the Parrot and Chyna's quick-edit?

I don't understand something. The Black Hole has been made nice and safe and secure from prying eyes and misinterpretation, no? Everthing is wonderful in the land of false security, right?

So... why the incursions into other sites now? Is this an orchestrated thing, or a spontaneous foray into the fresh air? Any reflections to offer on the experience of "out of sight, out of mind"?

TIA,
Pareau

Well, in order to get moderated for calling the Parrot a jerk, the Parrot would have to be a member of AW. Care to step forward with your true identity, Jerk... I mean Parrot?

Irene,

You know full well that there is no user registered here with the usernames Parrot, or Jerk.

So moderation of a poster calling a parrot a jerk is impossible.

Further, a dirivative such as Pierrot is unlikely to object at this late date.

I've been wondering the same thing, pareau. In the last week I've seen more of some BS people than I've seen in the last six months.

Stockticker, my speculation:

-The Parrot is most likely someone who was a member of the site through September 8, possibly a bit later, but probably not after September 11.

-The Parrot is a person who was banned from that site, and has hard feelings about it.

-The Parrot's creator would be known to have been banned from the site, but would insist that there were no hard feelings as a result of being banned.

-It would be hard to believe the Parrot's creator on the above.

-The Parrot's creator would have had to have saved screen shots of the BS before being banned (or to have received them from someone else), and have uploaded them to the httpcity.com address. The Parrot's creator would deny doing such things on principle.

-It is at least possible that the Parrot's creator, or someone allied closely with the Parrot's creator, was the person who sent Redhead the private email that backed up the Parrot's claim that she was being backstabbed.

-The person in this forum who, around the same time all this was happening elsewhere, uploaded a GIF of a green parrot named "Zelda" may be able to shed further light on it all--or may just have been part of one of the worst coinkydinks I've seen this year.

Oh, Lord, conspriracy theories first thing in the morning...

Hey, D, see? There are people in this world more bored than I.

Charlotte, has anyone used the term, "crap me", yet?

Awaiting your next smile, Ken...

Hmmm, I just had a thought. Henry is no longer registered here. According to KRS's interpretation of the CG's, I can call Henry any nasty names I want... Filing away information for future reference if needed.
