All I've ever asked of horizonod is to explain WHY he is still haunting the eBay message board here at AuctionWatch.

He refuses to answer that question, yet his loathing and hatred of eBay is stated quite clearly.

This is such a paradox!

Me, I hate Britney Spears. I've never been to any of her message boards, web sites, concerts, etc. Why would I want to constantly talk and think about Britney Spears when I hate Britney Spears?

I love eBay, yes I do!
I love eBay, how 'bout you?!!!

horizonod, when did eBay sell our personal info (as you stated in your original post) and to who?

Good luck in your new endeavors.

"A PARADOX"??? "REFUSES TO ANSWER"???

Get a CLUE!!!

You JUST ANSWERED YOUR OWN QUESTION SO I MUST HAVE MADE IT PRETTY CLEAR.

You are just too focused on OFF TOPIC personal attacks to know WHAT you know.

You answered your own question but since it seems I have to spell it out to you (I DO think it is pretty clear already to most people),

HERE IT IS!!

It is my LOATHING of EBAYS DOUBLE STANDARD, failure to enforce important TOS policy while harrassing sellers with the knit-picky stuff and general attitude towards the very people that brought them to where they are today.

That's it in ONE SHORT EASY TO UNDERSTAND PARAGRAPH.

They are also SPAMMING our buyers and even unsuccessful bidders on the auto generated notices of auction WINS and auction ENDS with UPS and FTD spam, which is against their TOS. (double standard)

When they don't abide by the same rules they want us to abide by I take offense. Even if I'm not selling anymore I've sold long enough to have earned, and exercise, the right to speak out.

If you don't like it then IGNORE my posts.

Your presence will not be missed.

Some of you NEVER address the subject.

You seem to just want to cause trouble and find fault with whatever you can.

Rarely do you add ANY intelligence to a debate in fact you ruin the intelligent discussion with your acidic personal attacks.

AS far as "when did Ebay sell our personal information?" That question is covered in depth in MANY other threads that deal with that topic exclusively.

Concerning staying on topic and the right to "debate"

A debate is a debate and not everyone will agree with everyone else.

Telling somebody that "THEIR OPINION" is WRONG is the hieght of arrogance and ignorance.

An OPINION, by nature, is NOT a STATEMENT OF FACT.

You might DISAGREE with a persons "OPINION" but the fact that it is "THEIR OPINION" precludes it from BEING "WRONG".

How ARROGANT can a person be to think that just because his opinion differs, anothers OPINION is WRONG!!

Many people that can't sort out the meat of the matter just want to critisize, belittle and knit pick.

There should be a special board for those people....kinda like special ed in school.

I'm sorry others have chosen to change the FOCUS of this thread with their venom.

If you can't think of an intelligent point to make then just don't post ANYTHING.

You wouldn't get a direct answer anyhow, you'd get a bunch of typed up drivel worthy of Immodium AD.
