Hi Joice,
Sorry. With the post that was deleted earlir tonight in the MC, you're right--I wanted people to see something elsewhere. But this post is for people elsewhere to come and read.
I'm not quibbling with the informal because I know I'm breaching the rules, but it seems there may be light at the end of a few pretty awful tunnels.
It sure will be nice to get back to posting a few of my more normal RT threads about subjects near to my heart, like the fate of the Wankel engine.

Oh, I don't know Pareau, you know what they say about the light at the end of the tunnel...
I know that there are some serious questions about a possible involvement in at least the Lindbergh baby kidnapping, the Los Alamos lab case, and the disappearance of Judge Crater.
As a member in good standing of our state's branch of the Junior G-Men I am, of course, charged with the repsonsibility of keeping voluminous archives of everyone's posts (pre and post edited versions!) as well as records of where they link their gifs from, as well as notations of any suspiciously foreign words or phrases.
As part of my duty to keep the OAI chatboard world safe from Commie influences, foreign saboteurs, and those who see through my act and realize I'm just a self-important windbag, I will go through my dossiers and provide the real names and addresses, as well as shoe sizes and bath or shower preferences, of people I don't li... I mean, the most likely suspects.

For those who haven't watched the news since the OJ trial, Barry Scheck is involved in a lot of DNA work on behalf of those incarcerated for crimes they did not commit.

Pareau.....Teaching is such a noble profession, isn't it?

femme I have no objection regarding what Barry Scheck has done since the OJ trial. but it doesn't erase the [/i]history[/i], teach, of Mr. Scheck and his participation in assisting Mr Simpson to attain his freedom
after all, we are concerned with history aren't we, teach?

Hey, donny,
You forgot Jimmy Hoffa. Glad to know you're there, though, with all that helpful info. Got to keep vigilant about those Commie symps, they're all over the place, with foreign words and foreign pictures. Who do they think they're fooling? When they try to get away with bringing it here to the American internet, I have to put my hoof down right along with you, Mr. G-Man. It really burns my britches. They say things like "it's a global community" and "it's the world-wide web," but that poodle won't hunt, nosirree Bob. Er, donny. We know.
Hope I can count on you to remind me to pick up milk and toothpaste today.

Guess I didn't get all the cobwebs out of my eyes. I tuned in thinking this would be a thread about Willem Defoe's new role in "Shadow of the Vampire."
But I'm glad at least to see that enchanted's posting true to agenda.
Donny, LOL. You don't say a lot, but you sure see a lot.
femme, i imagine that to watch the news one would have to take off the blinders first.

spazmodeus you do not know me, and please do not address me again. I am putting you on ignore. for a person who claims to favor anonymity you seem awfully interested in destroying mine. Hypocritical perhaps.
My name is not Donna, Linda, Dr. Dan, thenamelessMrR, or anyone else. Your guessing games are not entertaining or welcome, in fact they are disturbing to another anonymous poster, myself. AW has already mentioned that I prefer my anonymity to other posters who speculated. Are you attempting to take it away. AW knows who I am and that is all that matters. you have no right to know who i am. is that clear?
i am entitled to my opinion about mr scheck same as anyone else here at AW
thank you
enchanted

Somebody show me where in my post I spoke about enchanted's identity or anonymity, please. Better yet, show me where I ever suggested she was a Linda, a Dr. Dan, or the nameless MrR.
Get your facts straight before you start making accusations, enchanted.

do i need to be concerned about my anonymity here? someone mentioned to me in the Ebay outlook area not to use the same id as your ebay id, and i don't. i dont feel like giving out my real name on an internet chat board. i thought several other people posting here were concerned about it and auctionwatch was a safe place to post

See above, krs.
edited to add that "fixated pursuit" is your spin. Am I wrong in remembering a post of yours elsewhere inquiring of someone whether she was enchanted at AW? Does that make you a fixated pursuer?

still haven't pushed that ignore button, so will answer. spazmodeus, after i posted on another thread over the last weekend I believe you said "Donna cut the crap" which led someone to ask me if that was my name. and i didn't say anything then but i didn't like it. it's none of your busines what my real life name is, if i wantd you to know i would tell you. is that clear?
i didn't 'accuse' you of anything spazmodeous, i think my intent is clear that i'm tired of speculation by you and anyone else. i've been referred to variously as a "peep who's not supposed to be here", a donna, a linda, and asked if i was Dr.Dan who i belive people thought was a mr. R. I didn't say you individually thought or said all those things. however, i am asking you to respect my anonymity and deal with my posts not the poster as AW allows in their rules.
you of all people i thought you understood the need for a woman to be anonymous, can't you respect my desire for anonymity?

personally i posted to this thread originally about an attorney name d barry scheck who was one of OJ's attorney's. i believe that was the topic of the thread. i do not believe identifying my given name to be an appropriate derailment given auctionwatch's policy's on anonymity.
just my humble opinion of course but one i did think other anonymous posters could respect
i'd much rather go back to discussing OJ and barry scheck and dna evidence with femme, if you have further questions or issues spazmodeous you are always welcome to open other threads in this forum
posted on October 6, 2000 08:16:09 AM new krs....I have, over and over, including when it was new in the theaters and I was sitting in a packed theater among some Viet Nam vets. They said little, but I "felt" them there.
It is the first time I can say I was profoundly disturbed by a movie. I understood.

enchanted,
For the record, I was addressing your posts, which from the start have seemed to be anti-Pareau in tone.
As to the other: You said you're not the person I thought you were, so how does that harm your anonymity? No matter, as you requested, I won't mention it again.

thank you for changing the subject femme.
i enjoy discussing things here and you are an interesting poster
Platoon was an excellent movie, i've seen it several times and it was very moving. yes, disturbing was a good word for it, disturbing in the sense of bringing up deep thoughts and feelings

Pareau,I was going to add Jimmy Hoffa, but didn't want to spread you too thin. We have to keep you in good shape, for further adventures.
You must have been reading my mind. Stop it, right now! Obviously another layer of aluminum foil is needed on my special web-browsing cap. Blocks the mind rays, you know.
