I don't have her address because she's never supplied it. She had only bid to leave neg fb. Her contact info with ebay is even invalid. Ebay even knew that her contact info was invalid for 3 weeks and did nothing. at least 30 sellers have ruined fb due to this. Plus she has all that contact info. The irony is, she's telling all these people who contact her that I hacked her accounts, bid on my own auctions, and gave myself and all these other sellers neg fb. Who would give themselves neg fb?? I don't think anyone in their right mind would believe someone would do that. She even told a couple that I had helped in terroism attacks. What a nut!

I went and talked to the police, they asked what the person's name was and I said the name she's been giving out and said didn't know any of her contact info or where she was from and they just looked at me like I was crazy. What could I expect really, these cops are donut challenged.

Did you take copies of the threatening emails(with full headers) with you to the police to back up your story? Did you take copies of the emails you've received from others to show that this person has threatened others? Have you contacted AOL yet? Have you talked with the others to find out if they have taken action?

Frankly, if someone had done to my child what you claim was done to yours, I'd be moving heaven and hell to make sure my child was safe and to get that person out of my life. Yet it seems like for every suggestion offered here, you have a reason why you can't do it or why it wouldn't work(Even the going to the cops apparently didn't work, given that you had no information to give them beyond someone's threatening you).

I'm not so sure we've heard the full story here.

Did you bring printouts of all email correspondence with full headers to the police?

Keep forwarding all correspondence to eBay & AOL as suggested.

Keep pressing eBay to remove those negatives.

One thing that might help you in the future is to change your contact phone number info to a free voicemail number. (I use onebox.com.) It is eBay-legal, as it is a valid number that allows a caller to leave a message; you can set it to notify you via email when someone calls so you don't have to check for messages. (I know this won't help you in this case, but it may in the future.)

Good luck!
* edited to add: shadowcat beat me to some of the above. I type slow on just one cup o' coffee!

I have forwarded the emails to the free email server she used to send hers to mine. I guess the other sellers are complaining to aol, but I cannot do this since she did not send the emails from her aol email account. The others sellers have told me they are going to the police.

I took the emails to the police. They just didn't care. The cops around here don't like to work. I had a neighbor at one of my former apartments beating on his live in girlfriend and called the cops repeatedly about it while it was happening. The man was slamming her head into the wall and floor. The cops never showed up.

I'll check into onebox.com My phone is in my dad's name, not mine. The phone company said I needed his permission to do a trace, which he refuses. His last words to me on the issue was "If you'd get off your lazy ass and get off the computer and get a real job this wouldn't have happened." Working a "real" job around here means flipping burgers which pays daycare with no money left over to pay rent. Not an option.

I've helped women in cases of domestic violence, so I know the routine of protective orders and such. You have to give an established address for the person you want it against (they refuse to track the person down) and the other person has to be served with papers and appear in court and give their side. I've been through it with my now ex-husband as well. Hopefully one of these other sellers can come up with more info and we can do something about it.

I've been emailing ebay with headers for over 3 wks now. The refuse to even remove the fb. They kicked off only 3 of her accounts, not all of them. Ebay won't do anything about her esp since the latest of emails came after she's been NARUed.

I don't even know the whole story here, so how could I possibly relay it to you?? I'm just posting what I know so far. I've been emailing the other sellers with this thread link and hopefully some of them will come and post what they know about it. Maybe she's emailed them with more info??

This link has some legal links regarding cyberstalking & email harrassment. Maybe there's something in there that will help you put an end to her pursuit of you.

May I suggest:
1. Run, don't walk to the police station and 2. fill out a WRITTEN complaint while informing officials that you wish to PRESS CHARGES. These combined actions will unleash the full capabilities of the phone company or companies involved.

4. Ebay has a record of everyone seeking your personal contact info. Sounds like this person left an easy trail via the IP addresses.

5. Guart your phone and TV from unsupervised use by a small child. You do have control of these, don't you?

tigressoflove, I can only say that I'm glad I don't live where you do. I've only had to call our local police a couple of times. Once for a couple of drunks swearing in the street in front of my house, another time for an auto accident. Each time, they're on the scene within sixty seconds.

Everyone who questions the individual that started this topic - STOP!!! I am a victim of this nutcase also. I have had 5 neg fbs' posted within several hours. I did not catch this until it was too late. Unfortunately for me, I have a life and can not sit on ebay all day and watch my auctions. She is correct. I have contacted ebay also and have encountered stonewalling. Ebay does not wish to become involved with this mess. Yes, they can trace this person through their ISP - no, they will not do it. I have informed them that I too have received death threats from this person and they refuse to respond. I also have contacted police, phone company and FBI. Police think I've lost my mind - phone company states that there must be a pattern of at least 5 calls for them to trace and needless to say the FBI is extremely busy with our domestic problems. They will get to me when they can. Simply because a young woman has a child from a deadbeat dad and lives with her father does not make her unstable. I am experiencing the same problems she is and I am 50 years old and quite self-sufficient. I personally refuse to bow to this persons' threats and will continue to sell as I have before. However, this young lady is frightened and is hitting a stonewall whenever she asks for help. A bit of compassion and understanding would not be out of order. Maybe those of you who wish to be critical will be the nutcases' next victim. I hope not, for your sake.

why is it always the dads fault? his not offering support has nothing to do with this situation. we don't know why he isn't paying etc... my posts are based on a PATTERN of problems this poster has had and their responses to others posts/situations. i really have no opinion of your situation but i can say from the one post above it looks like you could be the after picture, just a glimpse into the future for tiggerssoflove...i just love that name.............bet she gave that deadbeat dad hell, probably why he is a deadbeat

Hello Everyone,

Seems the comments are no longer constructive but getting rather personal. I'm locking the thread at this time.
