Zazzie-
My sales on ABE through the Half program (I was in the beta portion of it too) have been pretty nonexistent. The only program that's really been good for me has been B&N. My direct sales from ABE's website have been down, but satisfactory in this economy. I have about 5,000 books listed there.

ABE needs to expand into other markets.
this is very true on land but in cyberspace, all these sites are just one click away.
i have been looking for a hard to find book and when i do a search 8 sites are listed, well, none of them have the book in stock, and i know they cannot order it either because it is just not available.
so what good is it to have your books listed in every site when one well managed and promoted site should suffice??

--ah--the well managed book site ( we can only dream)
One of the reasons that book sellers list at multiple sites is because many buyers do not know about book searching. They may happily buy a book at Barnes & Noble or Alibris ---even though the same book from the same seller is available for less money on Amazon or Abe.
