This guy was advertised on AuctionWatch! He charged $49.95. Once you send your money in, you are suppose to get a package of stuff in the mail with your password, etc., etc to get on the website. This is for electronics to sell on eBay, surplus clothes, and stuff. Okay, no package comes in the mail. We email him. He sends the password and work # by email, so you can go in and checkout the website until you get your package in the mail. You go in there. Still no package in the mail with your papers and stuff. Now they tell you that since "you went in to the website" with the password, you "don't get your money refunded."

My question is........has any one out there gotten taken down the road by this guy yet. AutionWatch advertised this guy's business - who would have thought - REMEMBER THE NAME - www.mywebwholesaler.com......

We're out $49.95.

Oh my gosh - that's horrible. I passed this fool on to my daughter-in-law - thinking that AW was advertising these people so they must be legit. All she has into it is the up front charge of $49.95 - she never got any further with them. From what you are saying, it is a good thing. Thanks for your info - I will certainly pass it along to her and hope that others on here at AW read this. Are any of those guys honest!?

It's really simple --

Avoid any wholesaler/supplier/distributor who presents themselves as a business opportunity and not as a wholesaler/supplier/distributor who is merely looking for dealers to sell to.

If they're presenting themselves as a business opp and not just as a supplier, they're really looking for suckers looking for an easy get rich quick scheme -- NOT customers.

I work with legitamate wholesalers that nationally known retailers use, never once have they ever presented themselves as a business opportunity or glorified get rich quick scheme.

My advice is to avoid all the suppliers that do.

Notice to all: Before you slander our Company, know the facts, as we do prosecute and all correspondence is forwarded to our legal team.

The Facts:

JJsGems: We have no idea who this person is and as for the guy they are speaking of, we have no idea on that either as this company is a owned and operated by women. The only men in this company work in the warehouse, not in sales or management.

If this person signed up with us for an account they would have been sent all of there information via email as this is how it is done. The only correspondence we send out via postal mail is a thank you letter and free gift.

Tomwiii: Tom Walsh, had three orders with us. Order numbers 1953, 1933, and 1901.
Order 1901 was shipped to his customer and signed by his customer when tracked, however his customer stated to Mr. Walsh that is was never received.
Order 1953 was refunded the same day as purchase as it was sold out that day and placed out of stock.
Order 1933 placed on 12/18 shipped 12/19 FedEx 2 day, however, this order was inadvertently sent to Mr. Walsh instead of his customer. We immediately notified Mr. Walsh and instructed him to overnight it to his customer and we would pay the shipping.
These are the only orders on file with us for Mr.Walsh and all were rectified.
As for the mistake on the shipping, we are human and human error does occur, however Mr.Walsh does fail to disclose that this was rectified.

Pretegra345: We do not present ourselves as a business opportunity. My Web Wholesaler, LLC
is a full service wholesale distributor dealing in new and returned goods. We operate a 2 story warehouse over 6000 square feet and are currently listed with Dun & Bradstreet, The BBB, as well as many trade publications.

We would also like to note that due to our low prices and superb customer service we have many competitors out there that would like you to believe nothing more than what is posted on this bulletin when it is just not so.

It is really too bad that the hundreds of repeat customers we invoice weekly aren't the ones you find listed on these posts, just the guys who are never pleased no matter what you do.

The 4th "order" was an auction a lady won. When I put the item up for auction, your site listed "EACH" -- after the auction ended & I tried to order the item, the minimum order amount had magically changed to "1 DOZEN" -- I had to cancel the auction & THANK GOODNESS, the bidder was kind enough to let me off the hook!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
NOT SO with the out-of-stock item: he gave me a NEG!!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

You NEVER once RETURNED a phone call! Every email gave me NEW stories! You were HACKED!
Your web-site was down for a whole week.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~This was the absolute #1 WORST experience I've ever encountered on the internet!
It cost me approx $200 + MY FIRST NEG to get out of this MESS! The only mistake I ever made was: signing-up in the first place!
I'm a disabled vn-era vet & I do these auctions as a little hobby because I'm awake 21-24hrs/day due to post-surgical pain!
I'm on enough narcotic pain-killers to zonk an elephant (latest trial: FENTANYL PATCH) and this experience left me sicker & more depressed than usual!
THANK GOD 4 RALPHIE!
As for the second order overnight, yes we sent your customer a second order because he insisted to you he never received it even though we have proof otherwise and now he has two. Jeez, we helped you out again!
As for your cancelled order due to being sold in case lots only, here is a copy of our reply email dated 12/18:
"How many do you have listed...Let me know I will get some single quantities ASAP."
OK, now we are really getting brave trying to help you out yet another time!
Are we supposed to be perfect?
Did we not treat you with respect? Did we not answer all of your concerns in a fast and courteous manner? Did we not help you out on every single order placed?
I could see your point if we never tried to help you or just ignored you or maybe if we didn’t even send you anything and just took your money, but that is not the case at all.
We worked with you on every single order and did everything possible to accommodate you and yet you still have nothing good to say.
Who are you really angry at? Maybe it is time to reflect on what or who it is that is making you angry and direct that anger toward them.
I requested it numerous times!
Even though I paid EXTRA money to have it shipped UPS 3 DAY SELECT you told me you shipped it PRIORITY.MAIL 2 days after the order was placed....
Then you told me you had no tracking number for it -- 1 MONTH AFTER THE ORDER!
If it was delivered to this lady by PRIORITY MAIL way back in DECEMBER,give me the tracking info & I'll call the POSTAL INSPECTORS in Lowell Ma!
TOM SWEATHEART, "ANGER MANAGEMENT".
We addressed this issue two months ago and told you to overnight it to your customer and we would pay the shipping. Remember, it was us that called you and told you we made an error and shipped it to you. We already know we made an error and shipped to the wrong address. We never said we didn't.
I am so sorry that we are a human run company and really do hope that you can find it your your heart to forgive us. To err is human and I of all people should know better than that.
I agree that mistakes can happen.
However, at a cost of $49 + $20/month, these mistakes are not acceptable.
At that price, you should be the absolute #1 greatest experts on drop-shipping and error avoidance.
If my first 4 orders with you were done improperly, my confidence in your ability to provide the service I paid a GREAT DEAL OF MONEY for is destroyed.
For that kind of moola, your performance should be 99.99999% perfect! My experience was vastly different.
BTW: That fairy tale about offering me a refund of overnight charges is silliness. If you HAD offered it to me, do ya think I would have refused it? What? Do ya think I LIKE wasting $7 MORE to ship that item correctly?
The sad thing is: all ya had to do was fill the orders correctly...that's all!
I have been dealing with My Web Wholesaler for over a year now and have personally spoken to Lisa, Valerie, Jessica and Regina on the phone several times; I think they are great to work with. Jessica is my sales rep and is always cheerful and such a great pleasure to deal with. My business has grown substantially thanks to all of their help.
I guess it really does ring true that old saying that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I myself think their service and pricing is good and will continue to do grow my business with them.
This does not mean that I think they are perfect, but then again, I do not expect perfection, but they do come close and they are always willing to work with me.
Thanks guys…I mean Gals
Are you doing the pallets or the drop-shipping?
If your experience with the drop-shipping is more successful than mine, then I envy you.
I signed up for the drop-shipping ~"RESELLER"~ program at a cost of $49 + $20/month & didn't even get through the first month before I had to close my account.
That seems to me to be very expensive -- but NOT too expensive if the orders are done properly!
I ONLY had 4 orders...
For $49 + $240/year, I DO expect NEAR perfection.
I didn't do the dropship I did the Reseller and they let me dropship with this.
I also buy case lots and sell on ebay with them.
It just sounds to me like you had a bad day or maybe they had a bad day but my experience with
them has been a good one. I see that Lisa was answering your posts her and she really is a nice lady to work
with. I guess you just got off on the wrong foot.
I know how you feel on the mistake, this does happen. It happened to me once too but they made good on it. Not only did the correct it and send out the right order they sent it free of charge and refunded my credit card. So yes, mistakes do happen but overall they are really good people to work with.
As for the price, yea, I paid $69.00 and I thought it was high too, but at the end of the day I am showing a profit
and can track my orders online with no prob. Plus, the database of all my coasters is nice too.
Anyway man, maybe you will find another company to work with that suits your needs better.
Good Luck to ya
MDJ: if it were 1 mistake, do ya think I would be upset? I might have even accepted 2 mistakes! But my first 4 orders? Over a 3 week period? Either one does orders properly or one recognizes that there is a PROBLEM somewhere.
I lost a bundle of moola (for me) and garnered my first NEG out of this fiasco! I filled out the order forms CORRECTLY! I checked inventory CONSTANTLY!
You tell me: what did I do wrong?
They might want to recognize this thread as a "WAKE-UP CALL" that something ain't running right, as opposed to indulging in "blame the victim."
Like I said, I like the service and don't have any problems with them, they are nice people to work with and always work with me.
The best advise i can give you is to just find another company willing to work with you and just let it go.
Is this your web site?
http://www.mywebwholesaler.com/
The phrase "Business Opportunity" is featured rather prominently and a lot of the language on your site supports the "Business Opportunity" presentation.
In my original post, I mentioned that people typically have fewer problems with companies that present themselves as wholesalers and never use the phrase business opportunity -- not to mention having advertising on their web sites.
Just my opinion and quite frankly, an opinion I stand by. I deal with a good # of suppliers who don't charge me money to work with them or mention the phrase businesss opportunity.
I'm not involved with any of the disputes against your company -- just stating my opinion on your company's presentation, which I'm more than entitled to do.
Such statements in order to threaten critics into silence is a bad, bad, idea. You should have known better and dealt with your critics in another fashion.
Who am I to read all of this and not say anything... it just wouldn't be me.
I visited mywebwhosaler.com 's "business opportunity" website and had considered using it at one time.
But now, after reading the posts of lisade that are both threatening and insulting to their potential customers I will walk a wide path around that business.
#1 - We're all human - that's a given - however successful businesses thrive on honesty, integrity and service. Mistakes do happen - but 4 mistakes out of 4 orders is not impressive and definitely not professional. You're the supplier - suck up the losses and do the right thing to keep your customers, generate new ones and send a professional message out that you CARE!
#2 - Any company that takes the approach to relying on threats of lawsuits to protect their own screw ups is another red flag to stay away from that company.
#3 - Any company executive that joins into a public forum trying desperately to defend their position and save-face for their company by steadfast arguing with one of their dissastisfied customers has a lot to learn about customer service and dealing with people in general. Placing the blame on the customer and telling the customer they need anger management services is appalling and uncalled for.
#4 - Dissatisfied customers happen. It's a chain reaction - each supplier has a customer - each customer has a supplier - it's called internal and external customers. Get a clue on how this works. Get a clue as a supplier if you don't meet your customer's needs you are not meeting the needs of your customer's customers either - that creates a void in the supply and demand chain and those ultimately responsible for that void will pay one way or another - through loss of your customer and communication by that lost customer of how YOU created situations that caused THEM to lose customers. You have to look at the bigger picture here on how your actions (or lack thereof) impacted your customer.
#5 - AVOID ANY AND ALL COMPANIES WITH A 7 LINE DISCLAIMER IN SMALL PRINT AT THE BOTTOM OF THEIR MAIN PAGE - This is filled with red flags and I cannot quote it here in entirety but you have to question a company that states things like: "any shipping done is done as a courtesy" (aren't they a drop-shipper service??); or "direct all claims to the freight company"; then you have their own admission of inadequacy informing you (in small print) that information on their website may contain inaccuracies, to include PRICES!! or maybe incomplete or not current!! And of course, THEY reserve the right to correct such inaccuracies even AFTER an order has been placed... read that as TOUGH LUCK SUCKER...
SUMMARY - One to stay away from. Good luck to those involved - if it were me I would find another service or at least find one that IS a service... instead of an advertising page for a multitude of pop-up ads and income generating source for the website. Those are also indicators and red flags.
I take no sides on the issues at hand, but I CAN, because this is a public forum, state my opinions and impressions as I have done above - you will have to decide on your own whether or not to use this company.
Oh, just noticed the LLC to the right of the company name in Lisa's signature block.
Limited Liability Corporation - nothing wrong with that, but put that puzzle piece along with everything else in the disclaimer and you can get a pretty complete picture.
I still can't put my finger on it, but there's just something funny about a company president jumping in the fray on a public opinion message thread. things that make you go hmmmmm....
I have never seen a company post on a forum before. Wow. This mywebwholesaler and Lisa in particular, needs to go to customer service school!
Directly, going after people that have posted their "opinions"? Putting their full names and business information on the board? Whoa! What kind of "good business" dealings are these?
Lisa, you deliberately berated someone on these boards who has every right to write what he wants to. Shame on you!!
Lisa, did it ever occur to you, that maybe offering Tom, a second chance at your "wonderful" company would have done more for your business than insulting him? The smart business woman, would have offered Tom a free re-signup along with a month or two of free membership to show him how good your company really is. Imagine, if you will, Tom's glowing postings on the boards concerning how wonderful MyWebWholesaler is to work with. Unfortunately, you took the completely unprofessional route and now those glowing posts are mere fantasy. You not only lost Tom as a customer, but many of us "potential" customers that read your tirade.
I can see why Lisa would post that warning if she feels she is being slandered or Its a human response when being attacked,Shes Italian us Itailians can get emotional at times. Hell most of the time I am glad I have some Irish in Me. oops that makes it worse. I stock and ship all of my merchandise So I will Never have these types of problems. As to her looking or browsing through this section. She was most likly alerted by some one that likes to watch a good fight. I mean Why are you guys here Should I label you Crooks? That wouldent be fair. It a human instinct to fight back when attacked and take a defensive position but at the same time Lisa in business you can not be human. One thing i have to agree with is you could have taken thisopportunity to turn a negative into a positive by offering to set things right and perhaps made a great customer and perhaps some more But you are human and I think we can all forgive you for that. After all hasent each and every one of us reacted in a way we wish we didnt at one time in our lives. Where did I hear once let he that casts the first stone be without sin. Just out of curiosoty how many here would look favorably on lisa and her company if she issued an apologie and tryed to make things Right? Could we forgive her and would that satisfy you Mr Disabled VN Veteran You sort of remind me of my recently deceased 102 year old grandmother who would use her longevity to get her way in almost any situation and it worked God bless her except with me as I veiwed it as she was more fortunate than I will ever be.
