Are you sure they didn't use Western Union?
I believe that Western Union just gives a transaction number that you take to the local branch and they give you the money.

I never even thought of that. Usually I dont have to deal with this because most of what I have sent overseas was a small enough amount to just take my chances with paypal.

He didnt mention it but like I said it is very difficult to communicate with him.

I dont think he did because in one of his emails it says it was sent in post. I am assuming he means the mail.

I will wait and see the next time he emails me because like I said we are communicating back and forth quite a bit over this transaction.

Thanks for the input though. I never even thought of that.
