They seem to have a good customer support I hope you emailed them or even called them to report this. If you did what was their answer? Keep us informed

Mine came within 24 hrs!! And no shipping cost!! I ordered one case of each of the sizes. I am so impressed. I also used the two codes that were given here and I received the tote bag and telephone card.

Check your order against the web page for sizes. There are 2 sizes mentioned for each envelope, interior & exterior. Mine was accurate with no substitutions.

Parrothead88 goes to great lengths to explain the two different dimensions ( interior & exterior ) in his auctions. A 9" x 12" item will not fit in a 9x12 mailer.

I ordered 2 cases of # 902-77649. INSIDE DIMENSIONS = 14-1/2W x 10-1/8"L; OUTSIDE DIMENSIONS = 15W x 10-5/8"L. I received the 2 cases. The width is right. But the outside length measures only 9inches, making inside length about 8 1/2. Over 1 1/2 inches shorter than I need. They are giving me credit for the two cases. The # on the outside of box is right. They said somehow wrong size got packed into box. They are really nice. A free gift-pack came with the order because I was a first time customer.

I bought 800 Quill bubble mailers & was thinking about ordering more. A smaller size would suit me better, but this was too good to pass up.
Well, soon I will have 1600 of just the size I need when I get finished cutting the rest in half.
fluffy that is a great idea, never occured to me...so thanks again.

glassgrl: You are correct about Quill's laptop refurbs. I shopped around a bit more and ended up buying a demo machine at Circuit City, thus horrifying my partner (who tends to hold decades-long grudges against companies).
The big win here is that the new Windows XP laptop runs the USPS Shipping Assistant three and a half times faster than the Windows emulator I was using before. Even my Windows-hating partner was impressed.

mcjane, if you use the USPS Shipping Assistant half-sheet labels like I do, you can probably wrap them around the cut edge so you don't even have to tape it.
Any time you can 1) cut costs and 2) keep steps to a minimum it's a good thing.
