..... coming out of my lurking mode to say that I read & lurk here often but I don't post anymore, however, I could probably be pursueded (sp) to post more often if this thread were to turn into an all out free-for-all of song, dance, animated gifs and in general a drunklike party of good times like in the good ole days.
Come to think of it, it has been about 8 months since I last posted anything here.

ead several times a day when busy listing, otherwise just lurk. Have learned a great deal from all youse guys and think you'll all terrifically helpful. Spohie the cat thinks so, too. He is constantly 'helping' me list and lurk, Oh and delete-great at that. Ruthiebabie108

Read for years...and I do mean years. Lurked every day but never got up the nerve to register and post until yesterday after I read the thread about glass negatives and said to myself "Now I have something to say."
I remember some very entertaining threads from the past... the Van Gogh painting...the funeral urn and Shirley Temple doll debacle that seemed to go on forever....etc. etc.

I know you don't realize what you just did but it is amazing! My husband and I are going through tough times right now with me unemployed and my husbands job that he may not have next month. We were just discussing the the battle is God's not ours and whatever happens it will be for our good. I was just reading a little book called "Don't Quit" and read the very same verse not an our ago. God speaks to us in many ways and is just reconfirming His promise.

paws4God, I know where you're coming from. You will make it through and I wish you guys the best of luck. This is the perfect time to dump all the garbage that is holding you back in your struggle to move on. It's happening for a reason and you know that.
Fresh starts, the chance to start over is a great thing to have happen if you will let it. It's always better in the end even if the struggle is hard. Once you realize that, the worst is over with and maybe even if more bad things are to happen you will feel relief and almost happy that it finally happened to you. It sets you free, you get wings and you can fly even higher.
