He shouldn't have had to. It's pretty simple, ITS YOUR FAULT AND YOU SHOULD FIX IT but It's its also obvious that you are not going to accept being in the wrong. Why bother asking the question ?
And if you would have ever done the right thing from the start it would have been over already. It isn't the buyer fault that you keep crappy records.

Un believable!! that fiasco ALREADY went,,,,poof! Beats me,,,,not a trace. And I have another one that has been dragging on for over 30 days...I,,,,Still have the neg. and paid the $20.00 ransom to [ ] trade.
