Did you email the seller before you bid asking about the method of shipping, and if upgrading the method was an option? This would have alleviated your problem.

Media mail usually takes 5-10 days, not 3 weeks. That is false? I don't think so! You could have a lost package, you could have a package that was never shipped. Try contacting the seller instead of complaining here, your point has NOTHING to do with the discussion on media mail. Just because an upgrade was not offered does not mean it was not available, I regularly talk to customers about upgrading from media mail to priority mail.
