Also, we're not talking about burning books, or Yellowstone's opinion (to which he/she is certainly entitled). We're talking about Ebay's rules regarding these matters. They have a very competent, and highly paid, legal staff that wrote the rule regarding nudity and minors. Their primary purpose in writing that rule is to keep Ebay from becoming involved in a child porn controversy. Apparently, they felt this auction may have crossed the line and they nuked it. It's very simple. There is Federal law which can be appealed all the way to the Supreme court. On Ebay, there is Meg's law. Meg IS the supreme court on this playground.
The light at the end of the tunnel will turn out to be an oncoming train.

That is a good point as meg does rule the ebay empire. As far as monica goes thats like trying to compare apples to oranges as she was an adult and not a child.
Art is a funny thing as most of us will never be able to agree as to what is art in the first place.
Thats why we have a supreme court to decide these matters. But I do agree that this seller is using sex to sell these books to shall we say a kinky market.
But then what else is new there. While I may not agree with the sellers means or description its up to ebay to decide this matter.

I was outta town for a few days and just got back lastnight.
I checked his auctions and he is NARU, apparently because of the discussions here is all that I can say as to the reason why. I didn't take any actions against him with either Ebay or any law enforcement agencies.

Probably because you posted the link here. For every active poster there may be at least 5 lurkers on Vendio.
