<<Is price fixing OK?>> Go ahead and try it. If you're waiting for the heavy hitters to show up, you don't need Fluffy. The people from the department of Justice who show up at your front door and charge you with violation of the Sherman Anti-Trust Act. can hit plenty heavy. So can the judge who fines you $250,000.00 and sends you to prison for 5 years. Do you really think it's worth the risk?

stopwhinning--they become so obese because they spend too much time on the computer.
Theres no doubt in my mind that picture is some fat chick who spends too much time entering hundreds of auctions everyday and should spend more time on a treadmill.

jwwrs: Interesting question.
I could not find that eBay explicitly prohibits the activity of eBay sellers colluding to fix prices on items. It probably violates Federal law, though, and it's possible that eBay doesn't feel it necessary to make rules about activities that are clearly illegal to begin with. (There is, for example, no eBay rule about paying for an item with a check written on a closed account.)
Price fixing falls under the purview of the Federal Trade Commission.
