sanmar, I can't believe that he said 2-3 tylenol a day is OK! I used to take two tylenol PM a day (ok I'm a junkie) and that was what registered in my blood test that I was on the edge of liver failure.
Do you need the tylenol part of the PM? It's not what helps you sleep. If you're not in pain, why would you take something you don't need? Look and see if Costco doesn't have the generic of Sominex, I know Walmart does. It used to be right by the Tylenol PM but they recently moved it on down the shelf in a seperate section. They even have two different kinds but the ones I use "sleep aid" work better for me.
Now I take one of those and one Melatonin and that works without the tylenol.
