Fenix-
What's your deal bro? For The record I'm extremely sorry, for what I have done. I have even written Ebay expressing my sincere apologies for my actions over the course of the last three weeks. Fenix, I'm not a stupid individual, just one who made a lousy business decision.
The last year has been a rough one for me; I've had to overcome major "Medical Hurdles", in order to get back on my feet. If anyone needs to look at how far I have infact come over the last year, "All They Need To Do Is Look At The Path/Trail Behind Me".
In relation to being organized, I am infact very organized! Everything important was saved on "Servers", with the exception of a few "Odds And Ends", both on my Two PCs, and ofcourse in my filing cabinet. I'm assuming many of you use either Vendio, or some other Auction Management software to stay organized correct? I think "Neglus", stated it perfectly when he stated below.
"I don't know what I would do if I could no longer access Vendio post sale management"
**Now all of a sudden I'm both stupid and unorganized according to some on this board because I'm having trouble devising a system for fulfilling orders? **
I have since actually figured out, devised a way to get most of my orders fulfilled. Amazingly I found all 93 orders, which span over the course of the last three days in my sent Messages box. I have been home all week and personally send the messages out when I am with a "Somewhat", customized message.
I have since "Mass Mailed", all my customers explaining this very situation to them. Again just for the record, I am infact very sorry. I'm also hurting inside for now their are so many uncertainties, both financially and personally facing both my family and myself. Of course I need to stay “Up Beat”, and optimistic, and remember when “God Shuts One Door, He Usually Opens Up Another One”
Warmest Wishes,

excelrye, I'm going to throw my two cents in here after reading this entire thread. Now you have been given some good advice and some really bad advice. As some posters have mentioned it is best to try to talk to ebay and work things out.
Sometimes the direct approach like fenix's posts work best when it comes to reality. Sit out your 30 days and learn from it. To do otherwise may put you in danger of losing out permanently. Best of luck.

GT I wasn't being smart I was trying to say I would be more organized than I am if I made that much money. I know I would be busier and I sure wish I was but the name of the game is to keep organized. This is yours/mine business and with all the names and such passing through the brain everyday something has to be either put into a program, written in a book or something. We can't remember everything. You have to agree on that.
Neglus do you use some kind of a program to keep track of all your sales. I can't imagine running as many auctions as you do. It is mind boggling. You must put in some long days.

Libra - I use Vendio to track my sales and auctions..no back ups except Word documents with the names and addresses of those I shipped to (use those to print envelopes and packing slips) - I *COULD* reconstruct my shipments through my Word Docs if I had to (thank God I don't have to). I am meticulous about keeping Vendio data up to date.
Excel - sounds like you have the shipping under control. As dblfugger9 said, I would think that for your $15.99/month, ebay could at least send you a downloadable file of your Sales Manager data if they aren't going to let you access it.

Here's the deal....
This is what you have posted thru this thread....
Well I can honestly say today was undoubedly my worst day ever as an avid Ebayer! I recently established a new Ebay account, after some person(s), tried sabotoging my Ebay business for nearly two months.
Amazingly our competition continues to sell the exact same items we were suspended for, without any Action being taken on behalf of Ebay. This is simply bad business, Ebay does infact do "Selective Processing", as this case clearly illustrates.
Yes They warned me 4 times, and I reported my competition at least 10 times. However GUESS What he's till Flipping Selling on Ebay while I'm suspended for 30 days. What's up with the Hypocrisy..Please tell me. This is BS, maybe he has a relative who works for Ebay. Even more intresting I just checked my account....3 auctions are still running and I'm supposed to be NARU
nd I guess you think it's perfectly "AOKAY", ethical on Ebays Behalf that they allow my competition to sell the exact same item(s) I was suspended for?
There is NOTHING in those statements that expresses regret. In fact, they scream out "I am being Persecuted" not "I was Wrong". They become even more interesting when the truth manages to float to the surface. Your mistake is in how they are listed as opposed to what they are and that despite 4 warnings you refused to make the change. We are not talking about a huge change here either. 4 times you were told to just stop listing for international shipment but you decided against it. Doesn't sound as though you feel bad about what you did, sounds like you feel bad that you got caught. I also find it interesting that you continue to try the lay the blame off on someone else. THAT is why I am roasting you. At every turn here you have offered up some type of excuse still it continues.
You screwed up. Own it, learn from it and move on. Use the next 30 days to either find new merch to sell or build a site where you can sell illegal weapons all over the world to your hearts desire without ebays intervention, or do both.

Give it a break!
Ye be beating a dead horse...for what point?
Is it sooo important to you that this poster prostrates himself in front of yer altar-of-ego?
You are certainly abandoning the realm of "constructive criticism" and veering into da evil empire of "nasty badgering"...

My suggestions to Excel were based on what I do. Because that was the only thing I could think of to try to help.
I use Vendio, which is totally separate from eBay. If something happens to either one for whatever reason, I will still have the other one to work off of. I also use Endicia where I will always have a print out of what I have mailed out. When I key in the deposit on Quickbooks, I always put the auction number in the memo. I then make a copy of all the checks and money orders, then staple them to the deposit summary. On credit card orders I print out the e-mail from my processor and the Vendio invoice. I don't print any thing from eBay because I sell so many I would be snowed in with papers.
If I couldn't get into Vendio, it would be very difficult but I could get my info from other sources and get my packages out.

Fenix-
Ebay never told me as your last post stated
"We are not talking about a huge change here either. 4 times you were told to just stop listing for international shipment but you decided against it"
My listings were pulled for violating Ebays Weapons, and Gun Policy. I wasn't aware I was violating an INT laws etc, for I was never told I was violating any International Laws etc? I even emailed Ebay over 8 days ago in relation to why specifically my listings were being pulled, I still have yet to hear back from them?
Nevertheless, the bottom line is I screwed up, I admit it, and will now spend my time fulfilling old orders, sourcing other merchandise to sell, while my competitor monopolizes this market.
The reason I know he "Narked Me Out Fenix", is initally when I established this account, he set up a "Fradulent/Dummy Account", for the soul pulpous of sabotaging my reputation via leaving Negative Feedback. Ebay investigated the matter, and obviously closed the fraudulent account. I tracked the IP address associated with the account… Guess where it was located in the same state city he resides...HMM.
I have worked extremely hard to build my Ebay business just like your Fenix, as you know running an Ebay business isn't easy. I did take some of the critisizim you gave me, and tried to look at this matter through “Other Eyes”, such as yourself. Your right I should have backed off, even though this guy had tried “Sinking Me” for close to three months.

"Good Lord, the guy got suspended from eBay. He's not sitting on death row for murdering somebody. He did something really stupid and he has admitted it. Unplug the chair."
Fenix...I didn't address you directly. You just happened to be the only one that took the bait. You were the one who decided your post deserved the answer I gave. It was you who addressed me personally.
"Gt - I'll make a deal with you. You show me an example in this thread where Ex demonstrates responsible behavior and I'll treat them like responsible individual but the fact of the matter is this person has acted like a spoiled child."
Who are you to decide how he should behave? He asked for help. He DID NOT ask the "all knowing, all seeing wonderful wizard of Fenix" to type up a detailed list of his sins and transgressions ready to be delivered to St. Peter.
"Get a grip... "
I knew you couldn't get through a reply without doing it.
"It's ridiculous. Feel sorry for them if you please but don't tell me to. You get to decide your reactions to it, you don't get to decide mine."
And you can't tell me or anyone else on this board how to react.
Would you walk up to someone on the street and talk to them the way you talk to people in here. Of course you will say you would, but you will not be telling the truth. Because the truth is, if you did they would probably knock the sh!!!!!!!t out of you.
I was on the receiving end of this kind of attack once. I swore I would never come back. If it had not been for Tom, Diane and Mary Ann, I wouldn't have. The first time I posted again was when someone asked a simple question and got blasted. I came back, but I am not going to be meek and shy anymore. I will give as good as I get. And I won't back down from some mean spirited, cold hearted bully.
Like I said Fenix, you have a lot to look forward to in the future. You will get knocked down one day.
Be kind. Everyone is fighting their own secret battles.

Sweetheart Honey Darling Dear... if you knew jack about me you would know I am considered just as much as a straight forward pull no punches b*tch offline as on. I say what I mean. Don't ask a question you don't want an answer to and don't come trolling for sympathy when you are the one in the wrong.
Sugar coating and hand holding doesn't accomplish anything and I am a little baffled as to how you have come to the conclusion that fate somehow frowns upon honesty but it's your belief, revel in it.
Interesting though that you would call someone else on being condescending - I would say that your predictions of the fates might portray just a wee bit of the trait of your own.

You know - for someone so against negativity and passing judgement so seem to be doing quite a bit of both here. At least when I went into b*tch mode it was in response to the topic at hand. Ironically yours seems to have clicked on just for giggles.
Tell you what sugarpie - stay here and play hero to someone who shows no respect for the rules. You officially have a lock on the role of Patron Saint of the Oblivious.

I'm sorry, but I'm jumping here. Excel -- You're extremely sorry??? PULEEEEEEZZZZEEEE! You came to this board a few months ago crying how your account was suspended and then you very STUPIDLY open up another account and do the same exact thing as before and expect us to feel sorry for you??? I'm sorry, but I don't feel sorry for you! You made your bed now you sleep in it. If you can't pay your mortgage or bills, you really have nobody to blame but yourself.

Aren't you the same poster than came here crying and moaning that your account was suspended a few months ago from a competitor seller? And the advice you were given was to open another account with ebay? I'm going searching through the threads, but I'm pretty sure you are the same person.

No, this account has never been suspended? I opened up a new account after this guy "Pillaged My Ebay Store",
Yup he cleaned out my store purshced more then 400 items in little over an hour...guess who had to clean up the mess..you got it "ME"
This nonsence has been going on for over a year, however only recently it has grown into the beast it is now.

From what I can figure:
You can sell KNIVES if --
#1: yer in the USA PLUS
#2: You sell ONLY to USA'ers...
Some of his auctions were WORLDWIDE, &, methinks that be da problemo??

So, say you list a knife "USA" only, it sells to a person in Spain. You opt to ship it and the only way anyone knows you shipped it is..
..you took paypal and ebay knows it?
..someone looks at your selling history and...
...sounds like a lot of work to figure if that item sold or didn't sell.
Sorry, don't mean to be obtuse.
But it doesn't seem clear what the "persecution" was all about.

..once again: Line Nine of the ebay guideline nothing about selling. the operative word is: OFFER..as in ebay preference list in auction etc etc.
c/paste:::::
"Note: The US sellers must offer only domestic shipping on these products, since offering global shipping will make the product available in countries where these items are prohibited.
